Spacious, newly updated three bedroom, three and a half bath Beachwood townhome! Overlooks the golf course and the lagoon. Relax and enjoy the private patio and balcony. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or dinners at dusk with the beautiful view. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for family gatherings. New flooring and carpet throughout the unit. Flat screen TVs and internet is provided. Each bedroom has it's own in suite bathroom. Washer and dryer located on bottom floor for easy access. Beach access is within walking distance. Only a short drive to downtown Fernandina!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. the only problems we had, it had a Nespresso machine the listing said Keurig, instructions should be left for the TV, hard time trying to find local channels for the weather. The location was great close to all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We hope to be backThank you for the birthday card for my husband and chocolates.

Enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is not as big as the pictures look and could have had at least one pot large enough for a low country boil, but we made do with 2 pots. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. We had some issues with strobing lights in the bathrooms, so until Wed. washing up was done in semi darkness. After they fixed the lights, they still blinked a bit when initially turned on and then stopped. The TV issue in the main bedroom was never addressed. Otherwise, the location to beach access and the pool is close by and the bike/walking trails are terrific.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly we were disappointed. The kitchen was outdated and the microwave was circa 1985. The oven door glass was broken when we checked in. There was not much view out the back - a pond and the lot where they store the sand, etc. for the golf course. The rental agency was great and had the oven door replaced. Oh, and we only got 1 key for 7 people so they sent over 1 more. Mainly the owners clearly have not put any money in the property. It was adequate.

2020 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Making reservation and payments was easy, flawless. Same for retrieving key after office hours. Small problems which arose during stay were handled quickly and professionally. Office staff always courteous and attentive. We have rented from Amelia Rental many times. Will use them again.
