The home was lovely, with a well-equipped kitchen and easy access to the ocean.The view was breathtaking; we loved the pool across the street. The area is charming.Couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy Florida, in my estimation.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was great for our family. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of stairs. The bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Also the vents need to be cleaned there was dust on the walls. All in all the good far outweighed the bad.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and host.Access to the ocean is amazing. The pool is incredibly warm. The house is very clean. There are lots of beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels etc for my kids to use. Lots of extras to make you feel homey like blankets and fans in the bedrooms for white noise. We spent seven days here with our five children and could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Clean well situated the only thing that could improve would be some fans when the ac blower was not running the rooms felt a little "close" I know this is minor but at night it made sleep a little difficult . Overall this property was very nice .

I would highly recommend Terrie's place at Sandpiper! The location, views, and layout were great for our group. You absolutely can't be the views from all 3 floors and it was super easy to get back and forth from the beach. The pool is directly across to street which was a great bonus. The layout of the home was great for our group. We put the teens upstairs and had the other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor for the adults. AC was working great and keep the place very cool! Terrie is great host and we will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Very convenient to the beach. The condo was well-stocked with beach and kids stuff (toys, high chair, pack n play), which was great, but there are a lot of stairs, so we had to be cautious about the youngest kids.

Great location. Watching a sunrise on one of the decks was exactly what the doctor ordered. The listing is exactly as described, however if you cannot walk stairs be aware. All bedrooms are on second and third floor. Will definitely stay here again if I am visiting the area.

Golf Trip

We stayed at this place for a golf trip and loved how clean it was and how close it was to the course and Fenandina Beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area.
