Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our three bedroom house - directly across the street from the beach - features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master bedroom boasts newly updated furnishings, and is equipped with a king size bed as well as luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. Bedroom 2 also contains a king sized bed, luxury linens, and relaxing décor! The third bedroom- a comfortable queen that has some great peek- a-boo views of the ocean. Relax and unwind in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a walk-in marble shower and rainfall showerhead with hand wand. Our beach bathroom as we call it, located conveniently near the patio, is the perfect place to wash off your sandy feet after a great day at the beach! Enjoy the open concept living room with comfortable furnishings, a 65" 4k TV, and well stocked kitchen with loads of natural light spilling in. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening fire on the front patio while listening to the ocean .

All of this is just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Stroll just a blocks to the north and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach (or road side) puts you at 3 great beachfront restaurants. Take a short bike ride to the enchanted and world renowned Fort Clinch State Park. Our house is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too!

What a wonderful trip!

Short beach getaway

My wife and I stay a few days with teenage grandchildren. We enjoyed the stay. Just across the street from the beach. Nice outside areas with fire pit and outdoor sitting areas. Had trouble getting hot tube to heat up. We still enjoyed the quiet beach stay.

Close & Comfortable

We stayed a week with our adult children and it was wonderful. Very close to the public beach access. Had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The beach bathroom was very convenient for use while out at the pool or lounging on the covered patio. We actually appointed the boys to accommodate the bathroom. While we had a couple rainy days it was nice having the covered patio and covered side porch to utilize during the rain and still able to enjoy the outside. The home was situated nicely with the parking being off and away from the street. First time to Fernandina Beach, we all enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We had 6 adults and 2 small children. Infant 3 months and a child 3 years old. The weather has been dreary, but with the pool the kids had a great time. This place was just as it describes. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again

First trip to Amelia Island .

It was a perfect week at the beach. Close enough to walk to the beach. We used the pool. Washer and dryer available. We appreciate it having chairs and beach towels . Grateful to have enough parking for 3 cars . Excellent location. Thank you .

Perfect getaway

Had a 5 day get away with some friends for my 36th birthday. Was so lovely to adventure out in downtown fernandina, and relax in this homey rental. I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!

Great location and comfy

We loved our stay and would like to go back to enjoy the pool, beach and area when not cold/raining the whole time. The pool/hot tub looked soooo inviting! This is a great location- central to everything and easy to find. LOVED the shower although bathroom tight for more than 1 person. Note the noise/traffic, since on busy street - we got used to it. Overall great stay!

Great space with pool and hot tub

This is a great house. The inside is beautifully renovated and the pool and hot tub are a great bonus. Across the street from the beach and can walk to some good beachfront restaurants. Owners are so responsive it is great. Big bonus they can get you on the Ritz golf course at very reasonable rate. I would come back again.

Great location!

We loved our time in Fernandina Beach with a great location affording us so many opportunities. Firstly, we were able to bring our beloved pup who enjoyed her romps on the beach. The beach is within easy walking distance, 2 good restaurants within walking distance, so close to ALL of the wonderful restaurants in the historic district ( loved Timoti, Cafe Karibo, T-Rays, Espana and Nana Teresa’s bake shop ). Rode bikes to Fort Clinch and through beautiful neighborhoods. At the end of a long fun filled day we relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. All wrapped into one lovely, comfortable home! They were very responsive to our needs. You will love it!

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Hot tub was great and beds were very comfortable. Host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions or messages. Would book this place again.

Beautiful time at the beach

Amazing property, kids and family loved the pool and our friends rented the house across the street and we had a little friend community in Amelia for a week. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Gem on Fernandina Beach

Lovely house, great pool/spa, kitchen/bathrooms were well organized, spacious rooms nicely decorated. Great location across street from beach & close to nice restaurants & Clinch State Park. The house felt like a home then a rental!!

Secondary bath in garage not well kept home

I absolutely hate to leave this review. However the property screams maintenance deferred and the owner has checked out. Pool was dirty, bugs (needs pest control). The yard and grounds have not been mowed, weeded or maintained in months. The secondary bath is not located inside the house. It is actually a concrete laundry room and bath located in a breezeway outside home near pool. This property is extremely overpriced. The furniture has seen better days both inside and pool area. I feel robbed at almost 600.00 per night for Labor Day Weekend.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the home so much. It was perfect for long walks on the quiet beach. The sand and water are beautiful here. The house was always nice and cool . The beds are very comfortable and we loved the house. The pool looks brand new and we were so impressed the pool cleaner comes 2 times a week. All of the bedding, appliances are higher quality than you normally see in a vacation rental. We will be back.

Perfect beach vacay spot for family

This was perfect for our family! The house was so close to the beach AND the pool was a hit with the kids. It had everything we needed without being too big or too much. We loved having our pup with us for the week, too.

Renter beware

I’m going to preface this review by saying for the last decade, we have only vacationed in homes at the beach that have pool. This house was well stocked, which is something we appreciated. The inside of the house is as described and was fine for our family of three. However, the pool and outside need some major work. The landscaping needs some major tlc. They could have a great outside space just by cleaning things up a bit. The biggest issue we had with this home was the pool and the pool was the major reason we rented this house. First, the pool was constantly dirty. Yes it rained and yes there are some trees around. However, we have vacationed with pools that were not this dirty and were also exposed to the elements. The hot tub did not work at all while we were there. We let the owner know of this midway through the week when we asked to pay to heat the pool. The pool/hot tub heater never got fixed until the final day when they claimed it was fixed. However, on our last day, we had to use the hot tub to “swim” and it took from 10am-4pm for it to heat to 90 degrees. We did receive a small amount of money back after we reached out to the owner and an offer for a small discount for a future stay- we will not be back. Jan is cohost and she was very kind and nice to work with. However, we stopped hearing from the owner, Ashley,completely. If you are looking for a place and will be using the pool frequently, I’d look somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

We had a great experience at this property and Fell in love with the area while visiting. House was as listed and very clean. Kids loved the outdoor area and pool. Everything you need is in stock and had the best communication from management we’ve ever experienced. We will be back!

Great House, improve Curb Appeal

The house was great. Very clean, great location. Exactly as described and pictured. The landscaping and out of control grass, shrubs and weeds left a lot to be desired. Overall, nice place and would consider staying again in the future.

Perfect!

Perfect beach home! Convenient location, roomy with 3 beds, beautiful pool and hot tub. The host was very prompt in communicating. I believe the area may be plagued with palmetto bugs, so we found a few belly up, however the home was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The Gem

This property is perfect for a family that considers their pets family too. I loved having a hot tub especially since the wearing was not beach weather. Landscaping definitely needs some TLC but that’s honestly the only thing. I’m so happy my husband found the gem of a place. We are planning next years vacation now!

Hi, our names are Ashley & Brian and our hometown is Atlantic Beach, FL. We met in 2015 and its been an adventure ever since. One of the many things we have in common is our love of the beach. The waves, the sand, and the salt air provide a relaxing sort of therapy to both of us!

We initially met while Brian was living on Amelia Island in a small, 800sqft condo on the beach (ironically enough, right across the street from this house). Ever since then, Amelia Island has held a special place in our hearts. We always dreamed of owning a place on the island and reserving it as a special getaway for us to retreat to either alone or with friends. We have put a lot of time, money and energy into make this home both pleasing to the eye and comfortable in order to make your vacation a stay to remember! We love it here, and we hope you will too.
