Great location and subpar facility

Our unit appeared to have been recently repainted. Paint drips under the glass table, on the couch, and all over trim and other areas. The sliding glass door had the lock broken on one side so we could not lock the outside door. Didn't complain because it is a good neighborhood and we were on the third floor. Light bulb out on the main bathroom mirror. TV on the main floor was mis-wired with the cable attempting to feed into the cable out junction. That is a screw in cable, so I have no explanation why it would have been wrong. Stairway to loft looks to have been done by a Boy Scout group as it is very primitive. Bed was very squeaky.

Peaceful location

This is a place to getaway from everything and be in a simple environment near the beach. Not fancy but cozy.

Biscayne getaway

My partner and I LDR wanted a quick weekend together. This property was perfect. Close to beach, had everything we needed and clean quiet neighborhood.

Great location and loft layout

Very easy to book and it was a perfect spot for us. Nice little pool and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Great location, very close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.

Excellent location. Very easy walk to the beach. Easy parking and super close to the grocery store and restaurants (within walking distance). Our room was clean, just very old. We stayed a week and our room had 2 towels and 1 roll of TP. Staff was very responsive when we requested more, but seems like an easy thing to correct. Would have been nice to just get two fresh towels a day. Very small kitchen, but had the very basics. We were not cooking anyway. Clean pool area and nice for happy hour at night before dinner. I don’t think the couch would be good to sleep on, but the king bed was comfortable. This place isn’t luxurious, but worked great for a week at the beach. They do rent chairs, 2 with an umbrella for $10/day. I did notice a copy was made of my DL and credit card which should not be done for obvious reasons. Staff was very friendly and really enjoyed the island.

As expected

The location of this property is great, a short walk with easy access to the beach. The space is large and great for 2 people. We used the futon style couch for our 16 year old son, and it was pretty uncomfortable. If you have an additional occupant, I would suggest seeing if rollaways are an option. While towels were limited in the room, we easily obtained more when we asked. This property is not ritzy or luxurious, but it served us well.

If there was a 0 stars that what I would give. We booked to stay for 2 days and only stayed one and!

It was sooooo dirty I had to buy cleaning supplies. I ask to have a refund for my send day stay and still no answer; we only stayed the 1st night. They said they sanitize the room and we found a used wash cloth in the shower. Food left in the refrigerator. The T.vs didn’t work. When I complained they never answered me back!!! I will be reaching out to Vrbo and show the pictures and tell them I could not sleep the 1st night. I would not stay here!!! Nasty!!!!! I

Pretty surprised at the minimal approach to this property.

While the price and location were great, the minimal effort put into the comfort and convenience by the management was subpar. We don’t expect a lot, but we were surprised we needed to furnish the apt with many basics...dish soap, TP, paper towels, etc. Dishes were still in dishwasher and coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous occupants. We actually had to buy cleaning supplies to supplement the cleaning of the apt. It wouldn’t take much effort to get this place ready. Still had a great time and the location made up for the lack of basic provisions.

This has the potential to be a great property. However, our experience of amenities and functionality of the property was very poor. The blinds came off the wall so there was no privacy. And I didn't tug hard to open the blinds, FYI. The air conditioning was full on blast or off, no way to set the temperature control at the time so we awoke to 63 degrees. The kitchen water was a ridiculous trickle of water. There were very limited amenities. Missing were paper towels or napkins and dishwasher detergent. Four two adults on a beach vacation from across the country, there were two towels, one hand towel to share, and one kitchen towel. The towel situation was difficult. If I had known, I would've brought towels. Multiple messages to the on-site staff went unanswered. I couldn't even get undressed in the main area of the loft because the windows are big and everyone could see everything if they were looking. Anyway, between the towels and the blind/privacy situation, we were extremely dissatisfied. The property had over 24 hours to fix the towel situation and had 9 hours to fix the blind situation. I think the most annoying thing was the lack of responsiveness from on-site staff which is ultimately a lack of sympathy or empathy to try and create a welcoming and safe environment. Even now, I'm pretty sad about the situation.

Perfect location, property needs renovating

This property has great location and our unit had plenty of space. As other reviewers have noted, the property is not a resort and is quite run down. We had a few issues (absence of coat hangers, limited crockery and flatware, malfunctioning fire alarm) which were resolved by the on-site staff. The property manager responded quickly on a couple of other issues (non-working safe, damaged tile on the kitchen counter) but these could not be fixed during our stay. None of this spoiled our visit.

Great location very simple accommodations

This property is the Coral Gables property. It states that is holds 4 but 2 is max unless you add a rollaway (free). The room had 1 set of towels even though we asked for extra sheets and towels upon arrival. There was one roll of toilet paper and shampoo. The futon couch would work for kids but it incredibly short for an adult to sleep on. The pool towels were worn and see through. That being said when we requested additional sheets, towels and toilet paper - the management was prompt in bringing. Management is not on property 24-7 but it seems that through text someone could bring this to us. They also rented bikes to us and gave us some great places to go when we saw them. The property is right next to the Ritz and does have a gate to one of their parking lots - but it stays locked. You have access to the neighborhood walk to the beach which is super close. Key Biscayne is lovely, our property, while sparse, was in an excellent location and worked just fine - just needed our expectations managed. We had a great

Nice apartment, super location. Not a resort.

Beautiful big space, loved the loft bedroom. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster pots and pans, dishes. The building is older and a bit shabby in places but the room was clean. Beach access is about a block away, a clean beach.great location smack in the middle of Key Biscayne. We rented bikes from the manager, cruised all over the island, had a great time. Pool and Pool área looked nice but we didn’t go in. Most balconies look out on the parking lot so not a great view but pleasant anyway.
