Good however

Our stay was good however, the room didn't feel real welcoming, the TV in the living room didn't work, the TV in the kid's room. Mostly worked, the sliding glass door didn't close all the way so we couldn't lock it and we could hear everything from the outside. We liked the location and walking distant from the beach was perfect.

Disappointment

Although ideally situated and large, the condo facilities were threadbare and sparse. There was a cochroach problem in bathroom and kitchen despite being clean.

Beach

The location is really the only reason for a good rating with this place. We were within walking distance to the beach which was great. Things that give this place the bad rating were that there were 6 of us and only 4 towels, no wash clothes and when I asked for more they never showed up. The oven did not work and when we told the owners they basically just shrugged and said that it works just fine. There were no dish towels to wash or dry dishes. The washing machine broke while we were using and never got my money back from that. Only one roll of toilet paper in our bathroom no spares and the tp holder was broke off the wall. The place was not overly clean upon arrival but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed in. So other then lack of items and not being able to get ahold of anyone it was still ok

Barebone accommodation at a high price

This is a barebone accommodation with furniture and some essentials provvided in a small space with no sense of decor. For what they charge the guests, the room could be nicely decorated, linens could be comfortable, and kitchen could be more stylish. Instead you get uncomfortable beds, poorly cleaned bathrooms, and a kitchen with things thrown in to check some boxes as a Vrbo listing. The photographs shown are rarely of the room but the surroundings. The showers at the pool did not work. They did not even have large towels for us. The location is excellent and you get access to a private beach. You do not feel like coming back into your room at all. If you do come back, you want to get out as soon as possible from this spartan, high-price rip-off.

Probably a clue when the listing has no pics

the internet didnt work, two TVs didnt work, cable didnt work, beds were hard. unable to contact the management via the telephone numbers provided. The keys were not at any front desk, they were in the room with the front door unlocked. it sufficed for the two nite stay, but we learned a lesson. We use VRBO quite a bit also, but this listing was not good.

Inaccurate Listing & Severely Outdated

This is an apartment building operated like a hotel listed on VRBO. The listing shows 2 queen beds but upon checkin our unit had 1 queen and 2 twin beds. I called the property manager and she said “every room in our building has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Please let me know if you’d like to stay.” They know the location is excellent, and that there are almost no other options. The unit was tiny, outdated, bathroom was rudimentary, and beds were like box springs.

girls getaway

This was a great little property in a great location! While the furnishings have been updates, the windows and sliding door could use an update. It didn't hinder the stay but the sliding doors had gaps and air leaks. We loved staying on Key Biscayne, the complex was great and the pool was lovely, and the beach was just a short walk away!

Just for 4 person not 6 .

Experience was good, but it is just for 4 people, the sofa is not comfortable for any person to sleep in.

Poorly maintained, poorly cleaned and poorly managed.

When we checked in the manager was on the phone, never greeted us and just handed over the keys. We were told there would be a key to the beach and in two weeks it never appeared. The only elevator was broken the whole time we were there. Our TV was never adjusted in the 2 weeks we were there even though we claimed. Very noisy and badly maintained.
