Welcome to Neptune Beach in beautiful Gleneden Beach! This two story ocean view home offers close beach access and room for up to eight guests! Step through the front door into the foyer and find the living room to the left, with three oversize chairs for TV or wave watching. The dining room table offers amazing ocean views through the large corner windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a quick and easy meal or prepare a full-on holiday feast. There is easy access to the partially fenced backyard through the kitchen. Take the stairs to the second floor to find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the first bedroom, complete with a Queen size bed. Head up another set of stairs, and you'll find another large living room space, along with two more bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for guest use in the hallway on this floor, so feel free to pack light. The first upstairs bedroom offers a King size bed, and ocean views! The final bedroom has two twin size beds and is located on the backside of the house, facing the backyard. Lounge on the balcony watching the waves or catching a beautiful Oregon sunset! The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa. You'll also find the second shared bathroom on this floor, complete with a tub. Beach access is located right across the street. While staying in Gleneden Beach, you'll have plenty to see and do. Book a spa day at the Salishan Resort or play a round of golf. Check out the Side Door Cafe just a short drive south on Gleneden Beach Loop or head into Lincoln City for the day and enjoy some shopping at the Lincoln City Outlets or explore the different shops unique shops at the center of town. Amazing location!

This home is just steps from the beach and was the perfect location for a family getaway with the kids, they had an amazing time at the beach and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enough bathrooms for everyone too. The kitchen is a bit bare bones and the place place itself isn't that beautiful, but the location makes it totally worth it since you just want to be out enjoying the beach anyway. I would definitely stay here again, amazing sunset from the balcony!

VRBO unit at Gleneden

Generally good for 5 people. Clean and well lit (loved the labels for all the lights). Great beach access and view. Very roomy. Downsides, only one shower in house that sleeps 8; kitchen not as well supplied as some rentals I.e. no coffee filters (I left you a package). Shower situation is major problem that would be relatively easy to correct.

I love Gleneden Beach

Needs a thorough cleaning, especially the windows. Was not notified prior to my arrival that the washer was broken. That was resolved the next day. Heavy construction on beach building a large retaining well, but my family didnt mind, it was rather entertaining. I would suggest to management to hire a different cleaning crew. If the windows were cleaned professionally I would stay again.

Great location and house was perfect!! One suggestion is that the back yard could have been mowed!! Over grown grass!! The house was not as clean as expected!

Close to the beach but next to a active construction site

Unfortunately my stay wasn't what I anticipated when I arrived a little after 4pm I noticed that the cleaning lady was still inside the house. I called the customer service line to speak to someone that promised me a partial refund for the inconvenience but I never got one. The cleaning lady didn't finish cleaning the house until a few minutes close to 6pm the house was still a bit dirty, the dishwasher was broken or at least the door was, the next day I was waken by a loud noise I didn't realize the house was right next to a construction site, I had the windows open to get some fresh air but got a bunch of diesel exhaust in the house and took hours too clear up. Other that that the stay was good

The property was great. Views were amazing. The house had everything we expected and more.

There was comfortable living upstairs and down. Seating for all of us. Ice maker in the freezer and plenty of dishes and silverware for all of us. Coffee maker and electric kettle for the tea drinkers. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were thin.

Beautiful with beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with the family and really enjoyed our time in this home. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding in case we needed it. Having a washer & dryer was nice too. The house needs some work but it really didn't effect our stay at all.

Quick family getaway!

Perfect location! Good amount of space. Perfect amount of bathrooms! Clean and well stocked kitchen. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher were handy. The dish washer is super loud!

Clean but shabby

Great location

This house could be perfect with a little TLC. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it great for or family to be able to come and go on our own schedule. That being said, it lacked the finishing touches and sense of being well cared for. The view and the layout were great. For the location it’s a bargain, but I can see why. The kitchen is small and the dishwasher is a hazard. The door flops open and when you pull out the racks they nearly fall out. It does wash the dishes but it’s not easy to use. The house needs a deep cleaning. There was standing water under the sink, m&m’s under the bed, a musky smell in the bathroom and garbage in the bushes in the backyard. It feels like a rental that the owners never use. The garbage can was full when we arrived but a call to the property manager had that taken care of. I can see how it would have been easy to miss the garbage collection. The instructions said garbage day is Friday, but they pick it up early in the morning, so it really should be put out Thursday night. I shot out of bed Friday morning when I heard the truck and managed to get it out in time. All in all, we had a great stay and would consider renting it again, just based on the convenience of. Ring so close to the beach.

The house is a bit outdated and could definitely be kept up better. Overall not cleaned very good. Beds too firm to be comfortable. Fireplace does not work, a working fireplace would be a big plus.

Comfortable home in a great location

The location, right across the street from the beach, and the floor plan with a space for kids upstairs are the reasons we like it. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the house is clean and comfortable. The tv, which can often be a challenge to work in a rental house, needed a new battery which was a bit frustrating and the blinds upstairs could use replacing, but overall a really nice vacation house.

Great Family Get-Together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We inaccurately estimated our travel time and would arrive earlier than check-in. Upon contact with management, Linda checked and found we could check-in early. Access to parking was perfect for us and our son and his family. The inside of the residence was clean (with the only exception of a couple of spots along baseboard in the kitchen) and inviting. The pictures of the backyard and frontyard we saw online must have been quite old as it appeared neither had been maintained in a long time. The only other negative was that the outside trash container was over-full when we arrived, suggesting to us that previous renters did not put out to the street for pick-up and maintenance failed to notice. Management did respond to our call, however. Location to beach access is PERFECT. Our family enjoyed much beach-combing and kite-flying (kites available on site). We always try to put more focus on family being able to be together. It certainly makes that easier when the rental seeks to make our stay hassle-free, as was the case here.

great view house needs work

The house has stains on the carpet upstairs, the vinyl on the chairs is pealing off in chunks, and the upstairs smelled like pet urine when we arrived. After we opened a couple windows the smell was gone. The location is amazing right across the street from beach access, super easy walk. Over all our trip was good but the house needs some maintenance

Nice house, enjoyed the stay

The house was nice, good location and our family enjoyed the stay. We agreed with others that the shrubs should be trimmed as they really do block the ocean view on the first floor. We hung out mainly on the 2nd floor for this reason.

Beautiful home but pet urine all over carpet and rugs upstairs and down

The home was beautiful! The views from the upstairs deck were gorgeous! Super easy and SHORT walk to beach. The living room Downstairs was lacking. There’s no where to lounge around as a family unless you want to sit on the hard Dining chairs. Only 3 cushioned chairs for sitting in to relax. There were TONS of fresh pet urine puddles that were dry ALL OVER the upstairs carpet and downstairs rugs. Whoever let their dogs pee all over didn’t even try to soak it up. Let alone clean it. The Beds were really comfortable. Fridge took a long time to get cold. But it was a beautiful house for sure.
