The Camera is OUTSIDE and visible on the right side of the door used for deliveries etc in the offseason There are absolutely NO Cameras inside the property. All inclusive, beautiful 3BR, 2BA bottom floor condo, sleeping 8 people. On King Size Bed, one Queen Size Bed, Trundle bed for kids, as well a Pull out Queen Couch. This condo is 1mile from the beach, this condo offers nice decor, granite counter tops 4 HD TVS, Sonos Soundbar, and amazing community amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ask for to cook with. Including, but not limited to crock pot, Blender/mixer Coffee and Tea Maker and even an Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker and Steamer. Please note that all guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels, as those are not provided. You may also choose to rent from our partners at Sheets at the beach. Ask for Vera. https://www.sheetsatthebeach.com/ The Grande at Canal Pointe Community is on the beach side of Route 1, and offers so many amenities; basketball courts, tennis courts, community swimming pools (2), fenced in playground, community gyms, and club houses. The Junction & Breakwater Trail is right around the corner. Use the provided Beach Cruiser Bikes to take a family stroll to Lewes Beach or check out Tanger Tax-Free Outlets that are less than a mile from the condo. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Flo's condo was phenomenal! It was the perfect place for our mother-daughter weekend. The condo was incredibly spacious, clean, and well outfitted with necessary provisions and daily use of cleaning products. Not to mention that the location was a quick drive or bike ride to all the action on Rehoboth Ave and the beach! The community has a lovely pool and tennis courts available, too. All around a fantastic stay at Flo's place!

Short but comfortable stay

We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament. We found the condo to be well equipped and in a good location Unfortunately, due to our schedule we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities but would recommend, especially for families.

53rd Birthday Family Getaway

This is a wonderful property in a peaceful neighborhood. It's so much closer to the best parts of Rehoboth than I initially realized. Flo's communication was terrific and so helpful. We had a lovely time!

We were so appreciative of the flexibility of our host! We had some unexpected events happen the week of our stay and the host went above and beyond with assisting us in rescheduling. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our weekend away!

Perfect for families

The condo was perfect for our family trip. Great neighborhood, the pool was very nice and the space was just right. It is close to the beach but not too close to all the busyness of downtown which makes it great for little ones. There were lots of extras provided for our enjoyment and we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Great family vacay spot

We had a great family vacation here! Super close to the outlets, all kinda of places to eat and shop, and a quick drive or 40 minute walk to the boardwalk. The condo amenities were amazing too and easy to use.

Flo is a great host, the condo is exactly the way it was represented. Clean and a bike ride away to board walk and the beach . I would definitely rent it again !

Great spot in prime location

Very clean condo with all amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball). Kitchen was very well stocked. Great location to the bike path and downtown Rehoboth. Only downside was no grill at the condo for cooking.

Great condo

The property was great for my family of 6. The condo was adequately furnished and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was a short drive to the boardwalk, beach and many restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable.

Relaxing Anniversary Weekend

Loved everything about this rental. Flo was responsive and very flexible from the beginning. Entry to condo was hassle free. The property description was on point. It was tastefully decorated and SUPER clean. Condo had everything you needed and MORE. Flo thought of every single detail. The location was especially ideal. Close to nice restaurants, shopping and of course the beaches! Pool was of course closed so looking like we will be visiting next summer☀️! Flo, thanks for sharing your home with US. Our anniversary getaway was PERFECT!!

Everything we needed, great location

Thank you to Flo for hosting us. The condo was nice and clean which is definitely important to me. It had everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The pool was a close walk and perfect for my grandchildren. The location was excellent. We enjoyed daily bike rides to restaurants, beaches and a nearby brewery.

Great Stay!

This is a great little place. Perfect for a family with young kids. Great location short drive or bike ride or a slightly longer walk everywhere. The community pool is large and fun. We would definitely go back.

Awesome unit

This was such a great find! We usually come to this area in the summer for a large family reunion and need a big house, so we were so excited to find Flo's condo for a long weekend getaway. It was exactly as described online and Flo was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive owner who kindly accommodated us with a last minute special request. We didn't need the kids room so I can't comment on that (although it looked nice when I peeked in) but the other bedrooms were just right. The master bedroom is quite spacious, the other bedroom isn't that large but the bed is very comfortable and that's what I care about...I don't come to the beach to hang out in the bedroom! Huge TV in the living room and lots of beach gear and games to keep you happy. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Definitely would stay again and will tell others about this wonderful host and home!

Excellent stay in Rehoboth

Our first stay in the area, and Flo's apartment was perfect. We have little kids and they loved the proximity to the pool and playground. The apartment was clean, neat and well-prepared and Flo was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely return here and highly recommend!

Great property, great location!

This property was more spacious than expected, particularly the main bedroom (king bed with more than ample surrounding space) with its walk-in closet and ample BA. The second BA was also ample size. The other two BRs were much smaller but worked well for one other adult (queen bed) and 2 tweens (room with bunk beds). LR/DR combo was more than adequate size for our party of 4, as was the kitchen which could accommodate several people at a time. Having the bar-height counter and stools contributed to expanding the perception of more space. The ground-level condo with back access to parking lot was a convenience for easier access from car to the property. The property was clean, had well provisioned kitchen and entertainment systems (it was great to have three screens, two of which huge, but note that the third bedroom didn't have a screen). And all equipment and appliances worked well though, so we couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed the safe quiet well-appointed neighborhood (pool, tennis, sidewalks for strolling/biking) that was minutes from the bike trail and from Rehoboth, with easy access to Lewes and other neighboring locales, as well as to the restaurants and activities in-between. Also very pleasant and responsive owner. A very nice and generous touch was the welcome package of treats and gifts that awaited our arrival and blew us away. We would definitely stay at this property again if we could.

Nice condo!

This condo was very nice and met our needs. The property was very clean and a nice size. It has boogie boards in the closets and plenty of household essentials needed to get started so you don't have to bring everything for the first day. Thank you!

Flo's condo was a 5-Star - look no further and book now. Flo was very responsive to my emails. And the condo is very close the beach and the outlets if you like shopping and plenty of food places within reach. Most important to me and my family the condo was very clean and spacious and we had cards games to play at night which was provided by Flo, and forgot our Tennis Rackets but Flo had Tennis Rackets available for us to use. Also Flo had welcome book - for us since we was new to area which help us. So if you are looking to be close to beach and like fishing and shopping or just relaxing please book with Flo. Also use of the Club House, which has a pool, basketball and tennis court and even a workout room. Thanks again Flo McDonald Family

Nice condo in a central location

Condo was clean, cozy, and well stocked for our stay. The only small issue we ran into is that the mattress of the full size bed at the bottom of the bunk bed is very thick, making the space between the bottom and top bunk pretty short and not as comfortable for an adult to sleep on.
