There are four bedrooms upstairs serviced by two nicely sized ceramic tiled bathrooms! Dual zoned central air for added comfort. The house is located on a quiet tranquil tree lined one way street and has an exceptional 'Cape Cod Feel'. Only 1 block to Silver Lake and 4 blocks to the beaches! Far away from the noise of downtown Rehoboth but conveniently located near shopping and restaurants! Rehoboth Beach is a great town for bikes. Bring them and just park the cars! No need for parking permits. Quick access to Route 1 and the Outlets.
