The property was as described.

The private entrance, ease with getting to and from property, and the neighborhood, we’re all very accurate. Quiet and clean room. The negatives: The hot water in the shower takes a bit to get to you. The screen door was difficult to use and should be replaced. The positives: Very private, quiet, and a great price for the room. Beautiful views of the San Gabriel mountains made it even better. Ms. Deng does a nice job.

Great location. Good setup. Hot water warm at best, takes a minute or two to make it to the tap, short lived (would not stay warm for more than 5-6 minutes), and so generally unreliable. Can’t see how this would not be an issue for every guest wishing to take a shower that was HOT, every time, for more than 5 minutes..

I loved this little place, it has so much going for it. Clean, attractive, and so much more comfortable than a hotel room. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities such as a hot plate, toaster oven, dishes, sheets, toiletries and so on. The location is great, in a neighborhood that is very quiet, and nestled up to the San Gabriel Mountains, which I thought was lovely. Yet it's really close to two major freeways. It's easy to get to stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. All for a really excellent price. I have family in this general area, I plan to look this place up the next time I am down for a visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Great area

The room was well stocked... Even with some extras that were unexpected but definitely appreciated. The neighborhood was great. We had a problem with a breaker at one point and the hosts helped us figure it out right away. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the place was poor but the host was thoughtfull about it and offered to bring some plastic plates and utensils. Overall a good place to stay. Probably should hire a new cleaning lady... Just a suggestion

The rental was nothing less that what is shown on the app! The owner has a really cute dog that greets me whenever I come and go. I would definitely book this again in the future.

Very comfortable and clean. Host was excellent and very responsive. Very good deal for the money, great location. There are some electrical issues however. Overhead can lights flicker when used. The electrical outlet setup for all the appliances is inadequate. Cannot run two things at once without tripping the outlet bar. I fortunately had brought a long extension cord with us and was able to use an outlet further down the wall to run more than one appliance and the TV at the same time. Overall, highly recommend this place. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Clean with a extra canine companion

Plus- very clean. I could take off my shoes and walk around barefoot like I normally do. Numerous amenities. Just a beautiful and friendly Akita on premises. I would go back just to see the dog. Lol. Beds are comfortable. Very upscale neighborhood as well. Minuses- unit is attached to what I believe is the kitchen and main living area for owners . Walls are thin and you can hear every single word spoken , clang of a fork , footsteps and piano practices (those were actually really good) so privacy is an issue since I’m sure they can hear everything you are doing as well. Thus, I tried to be very quiet and considerate . Also, internet is shut down around 1 am so don’t bother with late night netflix. Overall, still a great place to stay if you aren’t self conscious of noise you may make .

Beautiful and Comfy

The property is just as described. Its located on a beautiful lot in a gorgeous neighborhood. The bed is very comfy. The entire room is clean and spacious and everything you need for a short stay.

Arrived late first night and when batteries on heater needed replacing, could rouse no one and was very cold. Not necessarily their problem but the property turned out to be much farther away from my destination than I'd expected-not their fault, didn't do due diligence. A night with little rest was problematic for the week having 2 1/2 hour drives into LA. The owner was pleasant and helpful and the room larger than some I've been in with its own en suite. Good bed. Wonderful dog watching over all.
