Check-in was seamless, host emailed me a code to lock box and in we went. Other than coffee and some breakfast sandwiches, which we heated in the microwave, we really didn’t utilize the kitchen. The range, oven, microwave and refrigerator were very clean. For the most part we slept there and had are morning coffee on the patio before starting our day. Very nice area/location for needs. About the only thing I can say I wish was different is that the patio chairs were better or had thicker cushions. Vivana was very responsive to the few requests we made.

Clean and functional — excellent

Nothing fancy here, but decent bed, shower, and kitchen. Perfect for me. Very close to 5Cs—and trail up the road is great. Would 100% stay again.

Thankful

We rented this property for the Thanksgiving Holiday, it was close to family, it was in a great neighborhood and was accomdating to our dogs. Look forward to staying here again. It was perfect for our needs.

Cute and Cozy Spot!

The stay (roughly 5 days) overall was great and it was the perfect place to set up for the week. The location is a very short drive to the cute shops in Claremont and there are many fun hikes and sights in the Angeles National Forest / mountains nearby. The space itself was the perfect size and well taken care of. It was quiet at night and the neighborhood as a whole was charming with pretty views of the mountains too. The host was very attentive when I had questions and was friendly. I’d love to stay again next time I visit the area!

Kitchen area as presented. No picture of living area. Sofa only, no tables to set anything while watching TV. No feeling of comfort there. Small kitchen table with 2 chairs, no chair in living area. Air condition inadequate to cool apartment. We borrowed a fan from family to be able to sleep. No dish towels to dry dishes, we bought some. Bathroom small with large shower. Cleanliness perfect.

Nice area, but uncomfortable space

Property is located in a very nice neighborhood. Viviana was great at answering questions, and checking in and out was easy. Advertised as cozy “house,” but it is actually a garage on a house converted into a very small apartment. There was no surface space except a very small kitchen table. No shelves anywhere to put your things, and no tables with lamps. It was not as clean as we would have expected from the reviews. We did not find it comfortable for sleeping or relaxing. We could hear the people staying in the attached house. We left early because it did not meet our needs.

Nice apartment

We rented this apartment along with the larger connected house. It was great for us to have our own space and overflow kitchen since we were hosting our large family in the main house. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our stay.

Tidy, Clean and Convenient

We had to go to a memorial service at Pilgrim Place and found this perfect property for our purposes. Walked 1 mile to a 4 mile loop trail in the Claremont Hills Wilderness one morning, and revisited the California Botanic Garden on another morning. The amenities were almost perfect. Wish there were wash cloths and small night stands and lamps. Perfect for us otherwise. Will try to book next time we visit my mom.

Staying in Claremont

The property was very clean and quiet. Checking in process was easy. The host was very attentive and friendly. When we needed to contact her she answered quickly and solved our issues.
