Newer modern southwest style townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered patios with bbq grill and outdoor seating. Open concept kitchen and living room area. King master suite has attached bath with luxury walk in spa shower. Attached 2 car enclosed garage steps into laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Bedrooms include 2 kings, 2 twins, and a twin sleeper couch in living room. Living room has a 55" TV with blue ray/dvd player. Master suite and king guest room also have TV's. Located about 5 minutes from downtown Moab, this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking around property for vehicles with trailers.

This property is centrally located between Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, river rafting on the Colorado and world class mountain biking trails.

Great home! Had everything we needed. Centrally located near some great outdoor adventures. Super clean, comfortable and communication with the host couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a great stay in Moab. Super clean, great location, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host made it really easy with clear info ahead of time. Beds were comfy and we loved having the grill. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a nice, spacious, clean home just outside of downtown Moab. We had no problems during our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Moab. We were all playing in the Icebreaker golf tournament. It was a great location and the condo was beautiful. We hope to stay here next year. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic property. My family and I spent two nights on site and really enjoyed all the space and amenities. Great views and so close to Moab. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay near Moab! My wife, son , and I stayed three nights in mid-November 2025 while visiting Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Exceptionally clean! Comfortable beds. Nice shower in the master bedroom. 5-10 minutes to restaurants and supermarket in downtown Moab. Close to Arches - 15 minutes at most. Canyonlands a bit farther, roughly 45 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay there again if we ever find ourselves back in Moab.

Great Stay in Moab

The house was a perfect stay in Moab. Location was easy to get to The Arches and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great location, just out of the business of Moab but not too far. The place was very comfortable, very roomy and very clean. We were very pleased with everything and would not change a thing. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well.

This condo is tucked in amongst the aspen and pine trees on the mountain. I love that you don't need a car and can walk to the chair lifts, and hiking/mountain biking trails.

The side porch with the fire pit and big chairs are so comfy and peaceful. In the summertime, deer love to run by and hide in the aspen.
