• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)

The property's location is very good. The size of the property was just right for two couples. It had three bedrooms and could accommodate more people. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and dishes. We had a wonderful stay. And dealing with the company that owns the property was a joy

Beautiful home in a great location close to Moab and outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The private backyard was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would stay again for sure.

The house and grounds were clean and as described, while the communication and check in process was easy as prom night. Very well stocked with pet friendly yard. Solid rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice place for families

We stayed here with our children and everyone was comfortable. It’s was very clean and a great pet friendly unit with a fenced back yard. The hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Our family just stayed for a short stay but it was great. Very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the community pool.

We enjoyed a very nice, comfortable stay. The house was located just outside Moab, far enough away to enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery and dazzling night sky but close enough to quickly grab dinner and visit town in just a few minutes. It was the perfect spot to stay as a family with great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands, and the home’s pet friendliness was appreciated! Our host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I requested to extend our stay by one day.

Great place!

Great accomodations. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Canyonlands Island in the Sky District, Arches and dead horse state park. Good breweries in Moab. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The only complaint I would have is the shower condiments, had to use very little shampoo to make it last, every other place I have stayed has a big jug with a pump handle but now I’m just nitpicking. The hot tub was the best part of the stay
