Lake Life Charlevoix is a 7 bedroom, 3 bath lakeview home located just 2 miles north of Charlevoix the Beautiful! Drink your coffee sitting on the deck looking out over Lake Charlevoix. Then, change into your swimsuit and head to the sand beach located one block away. It's a short walk, but why not take the custom golf cart, instead??? Bikes are provided if you want to take an afternoon ride on the Little Traverse Wheelway. Finish off the day by exploring the nearby towns of Charlevoix (5 minutes), Boyne City (15 minutes), Bay Harbor (10 minutes) or Petoskey (15 minutes). The local areas offer festivals, farmers markets, shopping, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. There are many nearby golf courses, including Dunmaglas, Crooked Tree Golf Club, Boyne Mountain, and the Belvedere Golf Club. For the adventurous vacationers, Charlevoix is close enough to the Upper Peninsula for a day trip. Check out Tahquamenon Falls, the Soo Locks and Mackinac Island. One thing is for sure, you will never be bored at Lake Life Charlevoix.

Enjoyed our two week stay at this property. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Very comfortable and convenient to Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Petoskey. Erinn was a very responsive host. It was a great stay.

Great location. Beautiful home. So much to do and the stay included a generous offer to borrow the golf cart while renting. My kids were so spoiled!!!

Amazing lake view and loved the fire pit! Host was great to communicate with. Very accommodating for a large group. Not as clean as I would have liked. Laundry room worked out with 2 washers and dryers. Golf cart was a big hit! Overall I would recommend this place!!

Our family loved this house. Although it is not directly on the lake, there is a nice lake view from the spacious deck, and a sandy beach is just a few steps away. We appreciated the golf cart, which we used to take beach chairs and coolers to the beach. BTW, there were plenty of beach chairs and towels. The house was big enough for the 13 of us to spread out, and the kids liked the upstairs room where they could be by themselves to play games and watch TV. (The adults liked that, too.) The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were TWO sets of oversized washers and dryers for laundry. The only thing lacking was a brush to clean the Weber grill, but we bought one, so it's there now. Checking in and out was a snap. We highly recommend this house, especially for large groups.

Up North Stay

Great place to stay!

We were in Charlevoix for a wedding and 11 extended family members stayed here for the weekend. It was a great place to stay! Plenty of room for all of us, close to the lake and to town. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Erinn was an excellent host, very accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend!

Family trip up north

Home was spacious and clean. Good location and nice back patio. Hard to find a better combination of size, location, and value near Charlevoix.

Great getaway for family gathering!

We had a family gathering with ages 1-81 and all had a great time. The house was clean and suited our family well! Erinn was very responsive and we would rent again.

This home is in a beautiful location, close to a wonderful beach, in a quiet area close to downtown Charlevoix. It is a lovely, home with a big kitchen for easy cooking and lots of bedrooms for kids or friends. We loved every minute of our stay and were grateful for the help the owners gave when we couldn’t figure out how to work some of the appliances! What a beautiful place to vacation!

We loved our house. It was perfect for the 13 of us grandchildren ages two years old to 24 and grandparents and daughters with their spouses. Big living room on the main floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom, a large large kitchen and additional pantry. The upstairs had four more bedrooms, two bathrooms and another huge living room. Everyone had their own space. in the evening we would sit out on the deck with the. fire pit and roast marshmallows. The house had the latest in appliances, both the stove and refrigerator and dishwasher and two washers and two dryers. we loved using the golf cart to go to the beach Abraham owner. Handiman was available at a moment notice to help with any little thing or questionThe location was close to everything a couple of minutes to the town of Charlevoix and a couple of minutes to the sand dune Park. And we were only an hour south of Mackinac. We would walk every morning down the Indian Trail. And we were five minutes from Pickleball courts and soccer courts and basketball courts. We had a great time..

Great home for multigenerational vacation

We had a wonderful stay with room for all 11 of us, grandparents, 2children, and 5 grandchildren. Close to beaches, Charlevoix and Petosky. Sitting on the deck watching the lake with the fire on was our favorite activity- - plus making s’mores over the fire.

Lake Life

The location and the house were terrific. We (especially the kids) enjoyed having the golf cart to use and it made trips to the beach so easy. The hosts were wonderfully responsive the 2 times we contacted them.

Perfect location in Charlevoix

This property was as advertised! The golf cart was a plus! The location of this beautiful house is perfect and we used it as home base to travel to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes , Mackinac Island, and Traverse City. We spent a lot of time at this house though, in the evening and enjoyed the awesome outside fireplace. This home was well-equipped and we highly recommend it.

Outdoor dream-indoor comfort

Our family of 10–5 teens included enjoyed being by the water and being able to enjoy the beautiful and recreational area of the upper peninsula. We went to Bing in Boyden, picked strawberries and cherries, enjoy the beautiful small town, took the sunset sale, played mini golf, and bowled on a rainy day. The home was cozy, but had generous space for everyone to have private conversations and group chatter around the dining room table For meals.

Great stay

We had an excellent stay . The house lay out was perfect for our family of ten , three adult couples and four children . The families with two kids each took the upstairs suite which had 4 bedrooms and two baths . Grandparents stayed downstairs with third bath . The house was well stocked with stuff you need like dishwashing detergent , laundry supplies etc . Location was great ! Short walk or golf cart ride to sandy beach. We happened to be here during a festival so were able to see the air show and fireworks perfectly .Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors about a 5 minute ride from downtown. Super convenient ! We would definitely stay here again !

The perfect lake house

Wonderful property well appointed. From spa towels to children’s toys this spacious house accommodated our whole family for our 50th anniversary. Beach chairs and a 7 person golf cart to travel on to the beach! Spa bathroom on upper level and lovely beds. Fire pit wall to heat the deck and provide ambiance for evening chats and star gazing. We hope to be able to return to Strawberry Beach community near Charlevoix.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

This home was everything advertised and so much more! Our hosts thought of absolutely everything! Our group ranged in age from 3 to 63 and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful when we had a few questions. There were 12 of us in the house and it never felt cramped or crowded, so there is plenty of space. But we did spend most of our time outside enjoying the deck with a beautiful view of the lake, awesome fire pit, nearby beach, and downtown Charlevoix! The golf cart came in handy for getting us and all of our gear to and from the beach and exploring our little neighborhood. What a nice touch! When we head up north again, I don’t think we’ll look for anywhere else to stay! Like Life Charlevoix will definitely be our first choice!

We had a wonderful stay in Charlevoix. The house had an upstairs with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a family room. First floor had 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. The laundry room had 2 sets of washers & dryers- very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean.The golf cart was convenient to run people/ things to beach.( My husband & I stayed on 1st level with daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughter.Other daughter, son-in-law & 4 grand Chiidren upstairs). Plenty of space for whole family.Outdoor fire wall was great for s’mores & nightly talks.Beach toys provided.Adult Bike tires rotted out. No tire pump. No helmets. Gear shifters did not work.We would stay there again. Everyone had a great time.

Plenty of room, great location

My family gathered from 4 states to celebrate a marriage. We so enjoyed the time we had together in this home. There was plenty of social space and private sleeping rooms for all. The view was enjoyable even in November. Convienent to town and wedding venue yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We even saw a giant buck right out in front of the deck. Thank you for having us.
