A unique remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom within walking distance to Downtown Flagstaff w/ Hot Tub on site! There is a smart tv & king-size hybrid memory foam bed in the bedroom. There is a 3 inch roll up mattress that can be used to sleep 2 guests in the living room.
Upgraded kitchen with a convection oven and microwave. One block away from Thorpe Park with a playground, tennis, and baseball/softball fields. Only Seven miles from Snowbowl road.
*Portable A/C unit.
*NO Parties.
*This is not a fancy rental but the perfect budget place with a wonderful location.

It was a little hard to find at first, but once we found the right spot it was very nice and cozy! the hot tub was very enjoyable and the cabin vibe was very nice.

Very cute place with a fantastic location! Within walking distance to downtown Flagstaff and also very close to the observatory! Parking right in front of the unit too!

This was a cute little place and fit our needs well! The only challenge was even with instructions it was hard to find the drive to the entrance. I think a larger sign would be a valuable addition to the property.

Cute little cottage downtown. Very accessible to The Observatory, downtown and Snowbowl Very nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with,adequate equipment. I ll be back

This beautiful comfortable property was perfectly situated just four blocks away from Flagstaff downtown where all of the restaurants bars and shops were. It also made a great base to go on day trips to the Grand Canyon and the petrified forest national Park. Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Flagstaff.

Just passing through. Quick and easy check-in and out. Variety of restaurants, breweries and things to do. Comfortable bed. Would not hesitate to stay there again

The house was nice and clean, a little hard to find but still in a great spot. The shower was very small but worked well. The hot tub was very nice and worked well. The parking spaces were nice and big enough to fit my mom van car. The bed and couches were very comfortable. Very worth the stay.

The house was nice and clean, in a great spot. The shower was very small but worked well. The hot tub looks very nice but it is not a private hot tub. It is shared with others. Super disappointed. The parking spaces were nice and big enough. The bed and couches were very comfortable. Honestly this is a really nice place and if I cant find a private hot tub in the area I will stay there again just really wanted the joy of a private hot tub.
