Welcome to our quintessential Saratoga Victorian! Winner of prestigious Saratoga Preservation Foundation Restoration Award. This beautifully renovated & spacious top floor apartment is located just 2 blocks from the Saratoga Race Track and three blocks from Congress Park and Downtown Saratoga Springs. The location couldn't be better! This unit is for adults and children age 10 and over.

The Travers offers the luxury of two bedrooms, including a king size master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom, and another bedroom furnished with two queen beds. Additionally, the living room features a queen sized pull out sofa bed, providing ample sleeping space for extra guests. Both bedrooms are accompanied by fully tiled bathrooms, with the master suite boasting a private deck and a stunning marble and granite walk-in shower with a rain head. The other bathroom features a beautifully tiled bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city.

The sizable living room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing, and features a 75-inch HUHD TV with FREE cable on the spectrum app for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and features quartz counters.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large front porch with our other guests, or on the third story private deck, or play board games with your family. Catch up with the office in the personal workspace nook. The indoor and outdoor dining areas can accommodate up to 8 guests at each, making it the perfect spot for a family gathering or a group of friends.

Our unique space in the top story of a Historic Victorian will provide an unforgettable experience while you take in beautiful Saratoga Springs. We're a short drive to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Lake George, Saratoga Lake, the Adirondack State Park, and several Ski Mountains.

Just a beautiful place in Saratoga Springs - and the location is perfect. About a 5 minute walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, and a 10 minute walk to the Track. Check in and check out was simple - and the host (Tim) provided excellent communication with this first time VRBO user.

Very quick, easy, efficient setup was perfect for what we needed. Really love the space. The only thing to look out for is that last step when walking downstairs onto the first floor!

Great Stay

Quick 1 night stay to go to Saratoga Race Course. Apartment was clean, spacious, modern and within a short walk to the track.

Nice space, great location. Only criticsm is a 4pm check in and a 10am checkout...feels like a that timeframe could be more generous, especially the 10am check out.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Very comfortable, top floor, modern apartment with plenty of space for four of us in heritage home. The home retains its original, creaky stairs (3 flights up), but the apartment itself has been nicely updated with a good kitchen and nice, large deck. Pretty, quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes and a very easy, short walk to the Saratoga racetrack and downtown. Would stay again but bring own supplies. Manager was responsive, but it was annoying to only have one pod each for dishwasher and washing machine and minimal toilet paper for four guests staying 5 nights.

The Grand Mayor exceeded our expectations. The Host was very easy to communicate with from start to finish. The apartment was bright and roomy and met all our needs. We will definitely consider booking here again.
