Beautiful Beachfront, Corner 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico Views. Located in the Carlos Pointe complex at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. This complex has a beachfront heated pool, lounge chairs to relax on, shared BBQ area, indoor game room and sits right on the beautiful sandy beach.

Our corner unit is newly remodeled with many home essentials. As you enter the unit, you are welcomed by a beautifully decorated kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end cabinetry and stainless appliances. In the dining area, there is a dining table with seating for up to 6. The family room has a comfy sofa (includes a sleeper sofa) and chair, a recliner chair and flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

There are many amenities provided including washer and dryer, linens and towels, Free wifi, tile flooring in main living areas, hallway full bathroom for guests and wrap-around screened in lanai with outdoor seating. The beach/water views from our unit are why you are here!! Stay active with the myriad of activities Fort Myers Beach has to offer! Make your way around town by foot by bike, car, or trolley!

Please note, during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday a with one week minimum. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
