'It's All About The View' We have finally reached the point of opening due to our devastating hurricane damage. This location offers social distancing at its best, the white sandy beach below is the least used beach on the island and is out of the people traffic area, but .5 mile to the activities. This owner-listed condo boasts a panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and Bowditch Park, with Sanibel Island in the distance. All windows and two balconies face the water. On your primary bedroom balcony, have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water and the Florida natural park right in front of you. The lounge chairs on your large beachfront balcony is the perfect setting for an evening beverage while watching the spectacular Sunset over the Gulf. This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no-hassle traffic North end of Ft Myers Beach. Times Square and the Central Ft Myers Beach are a short beach walk, a ten-minute sidewalk stroll, or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, the evening entertainment, and the shopping Ft Myers Beach offers. This unit has a King bed primary suite, with a full bath & a master bedroom Gulf view balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with the 2nd bath right next to it. Cooking is easy in your granite-topped and stainless kitchen. A stove top, convection bake/microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all utensils are available to create that great beach meal. Adjacent to your kitchen is a dining table with a spectacular window view of the water and beach, a large granite island/breakfast bar that allows your guest interaction while you are hard at work in your home-away kitchen. The living room has a Lazy Boy queen air mattress pull out couch, & two swivel side chair with a flat screen Smart TV. Through the living room, you can enter the large beach front balcony that presents the panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy Beach, the back bay boating channel where it meets the Gulf of Mexico, Florida's natural Bowditch Park, and Sanibel Island in the distance. What a view!!!! Relax in your lounge chairs while watching all the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, this building offers a large community heated saltwater pool. This home-away-from-home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation, has just been freshly remodeled from the devastating Hurricanes Ian and Milton, and is super clean!!! Wonderful , immaculate, well appointed Condo. Absolutely perfect. Everything you need to have a fabulous vacation. Lovely furnishings, great beach chairs….. location is perfect! Quiet section of beach. I could not say more about what a fabulous spot this is for vacation ! Love it.

Thanks so much for the great comments about our beach home-away-from home. The less traffic location, the beach downstairs, the views of the water, and the fact that we are in walking distance from all the downtown fun, makes our place one of the best on the island.

This property is just wonderful! There is absolutely one of the most lovely places my husband and I have stayed. The welcome was unique and we loved that as well. The host is 100% the best! We would definitely love to come back to this property again. I really can’t think of anything I would have liked to have been there available that wasn’t. I definitely give this property the highest rating!

You could not ask for a better Ft. Myers experience, great place, amazing hosts, great little town, amazing beach. The two patios here are perfect you can watch it all. We will be coming back!

The condo was very clean, and the decor was very weĺl done. The host was very easy to access, and kept in touch to confirm we were happy. The only thing on our wish list is a restroom by the pool. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The condo was spotless, and we loved the 'beachy' decorations. The host was very responsive, making check-in/check-out a breeze. The location was great—close to shops, has a lovely swimming pool, and of course the beach. Our favorite part was the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The hosts were very welcoming and interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated advice for timing travel off the island because the bridge can get quite crowded. The condo is new and everything is in perfect condition. The best thing of all is the view! Sit on the deck and watch the sunset turn the sky red and the gulf gold. The beach is mere steps away.

Being the last building on the North end of the island helps us to have the uninterrupted views of the waters. Every window and each of the two balconies have a nothing but water view. Awesome for morning beverages and sunset quiet times. We appreciate all of our guests 5 star reviews...Thanks to all!!!

Thanks to our guests for the great review. It has been a long time in coming to reopen this Ft Myers Beach condo. We are finally operational after 2.5 years of disaster repairs following Hurricanes Ian and Milton, but now we have a brand-new, first-class home-away-from-home for our guests to enjoy...Come See!

The condo was exactly as presented.. beautiful view, quiet north island end location.. steps to the trolley.. furnished with everything I needed and then some.. two balconies gave sunrise and sunset views.. beach quiet and again only steps to Pink Shell bar and restaurants. Hosts were excellent in all aspects.. I will stay again!!

The hosts were fantastic. The kept in touch with is via text messages to let us know when the condo was ready for us, and then again to make sure everthing was going well

Incredible views & location!!

This is an amazing condo right on the beautiful beach with in walking distance to all of the fun water excursions, shops and restaurants! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed and we loved the plus of having the beach chairs and umbrella! We can't imagine a better place to stay!

Social distancing is at it's finest with this unit. Close enough to all the activities and dining, while being on the least traffic location on Ft Myers Beach. The north end has everything you want in a sleepy beach location...Come and relax with us!!!

We were very impressed when walking in. Everything was very nice.

Very clean and roomy. I loved the view of the beach. Great accommodations for the beach and kitchen! Linda was very nice and always text or call away with our questions. We would stay again definitely!

We advertise with the VRBO because it is a reputable website. We have had many phone calls from people wanting an immediate rental because their supposed rental had fallen through. We have had tremendous success because what we promise is what you get. Our reviews tell the story of our commitment to cleanliness, timely response to questions, well appointed unit and of course the location and view are fantastic. Come see for yourself!!!

The little things make a difference. We provide extra touches so our guests don't have to worry about anything but their food. Traveling is hard enough to plan, we try to make it just a little easier with our extras.

Very comfortable!

A friend and I stayed here to enjoy some sunshine during our gray Michigan winter. Everything was clean and comfortable! The place is well cared for and up to date. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location!

We had a great stay! Very clean place, excellent communication with the owners. Elyse went above and beyond to help make our week easier for us. We stayed there with 2 young kids ages 5 and 2. The location can't be beat- the ocean/beach is just steps away!

We had the pleasure of being the first guests in this unit after a complete remodel after Hurricane Ian. It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect location! Elyse and Marlene went ABOVE and BEYOND what I would expect from a host to make sure our stay was fabulous. They were great with communication before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely coming back!
