We had a great stay in this condo! It had everything that we needed and the view is spectacular! There is easy access to the beach and a heated pool. We didn’t need to contact our hosts very often, but when we did they got back to us quickly. Would definitely recommend this condo!

The view was absolutely spectacular, the sunsets are amazing. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the beach chairs, umbrella and the swimming noddles were provided. There is plenty of parking. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing condo! The check-in process was seamless and our hosts were very professional and responsive. We started and ended our days on the balcony, the view is absolutely incredible. The condo was super clean, well stocked and even more beautiful than the pictures on the listing. The beach has been fully restored and the property looks amazing. We plan to return in 2027! Thanks Jeannie and Joe!!

Perfect Penthouse

The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our week long stay. The views from the penthouse were amazing. The pool was so relaxing. Hope to return next year for a longer stay.

Fabulous Experience

It was amazing having coffee every morning on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim by, the pelicans fly past at eye level and the call of the osprey every morning. Want to so badly stay again!

Beautiful condo, exactly as described. Very clean and neat, well stocked on towels, basic supplies and beach equipment. Amazing ocean view and sunsets. Lush landscaping and new, clean furniture in pool and common areas. Excellent, pleasant communications with Joe and Jeanne before, during and after our stay. Been visiting FMB for over 30 yrs but first time visit to EBTC and it won’t be our last!

The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would want for a week at the beach. Pool area very nice and view from unit was amazing. Jeannie and Joe were great to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Lovely condo with a great view!

Condo was very nice, the view is amazing!Property owner is one of the best we have dealt with, checks in often to ensure everything is going well. Lots of towels, dishes and beach items.Would highly recommend and hope to stay at this property again!

Great Views!

Felt like we were back on a cruise ship - looking out at the Gulf, watching sunsets from the deck and walking a great stretch of beach each morning. Fabulous location! Appreciated the host checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. What a great week of sun in a beautiful spot. Thank you!

Beautiful!

The condo is lovely and the property managers are super accommodating. The view from the pent house balcony is stunning! When we come back to vacation we will definitely try to book this property again.

Fully Equipped Beach Haven

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time!! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Absolutely breath taking views of the ocean. The hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they truly wanted us to have a good time. We had a blast swimming in the pool, hanging out on the beach, and playing tennis. We loved all the wildlife as well. The beach supplies provided were a huge plus. We would love to stay again in the future!

Beach dredging not completed, Santini Plaza partial shops, construction work adjacent buildings. Not bothersome to us at all.

Beautiful sunsets

An oasis in a construction zone. A beautiful refuge in an area that had been devastated by hurricane Ian. We had a great time- walked the gorgeous beach several times each day. Lots of shells for the collector. The condo was fabulous- comfortable and contained plenty of amenities. Would gladly come back another year

Relaxing 4th of July

Jeannie and Joe were great with communication and setting expectations up front. The condo was on point with their pictures and description. For a studio its a descent size. Overall the condo was great! Great view. Great amenities. Great property for relaxing. Perfect for a couples get away. Easy drive into Ft Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.

Breathtaking view!

My daughter and I were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the ocean for the week. The condo and property surpassed our expectations, clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved being right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacy and ice cream! The view from the condo is absolutely stunning and I truly believe the best view in the whole complex! The owners were wonderful to work with and responded quickly to my questions. We can’t wait to go again!

Property is as advertised. Still only 1 elevator in building A that is working, which was disappointing after it being out last year too.
