Everything from booking to checkout was great. House is stocked with everything you need for fun with the family. Hosts were wonderful!

We liked the layout all on one floor, the cross ventilation with the windows and sliders open (no need to use air conditioners), the kitchen (well-equipped) and of course, the pool. It was also on a quiet street but close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We are so glad you enjoyed the one level layout and ranch style home. Glad that you found the kitchen well stocked too. It’s great to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breezes over artificial air. (AC) but we offer it. The heated pool is nice in the summer. Glad you all enjoyed and you are always welcome back!

The property was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything you could possibly need, is very clean/well-kept, and was situated in a great neighborhood that was convenient for all the local attractions. Our family especially loved the front patio overlooking the ocean, the atrium, and pool--all three areas were enjoyed daily! The owners were fantastic to deal with, answering every question immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Just as described. Pool area was great as well as the courtyard area. The courtyard area was great to eat dinner or have a drink. Kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything that one would need.It is clear that Susan cares about her guests and wants them to feel at home. There were even snacks and wine left in the area with the pool table for guests. She was a great communicator as well. We were a family of 8 and we would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing & fun trip. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and attractions around San Diego while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The host was fantastic, friendly, responsive, & made check-in and check-out completely seamless. Every detail showed that they genuinely care about providing a great experience for their guests. This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and it made our family trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Cute place with spacious rooms. Joey was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations locally.Lived the location 20 minutes from the city and 10 minutes to downtown La Jolla.Would definitely stay there again.Thank you for having us.

Relaxing & Peaceful Vacation

Would definitely stay here again. This home provided a relaxing & peaceful home base for us during a busy vacation weekend. Home was exactly as pictured, clean, had all listed amenities, & the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We did not get to utilize the pool, but it looked very clean & very well kept. Host was also very attentive & responsive over messaging.

Great house, easy check-in, awesome kitchen & all the plates, utensils, and cookware was well stocked. No issues with Wi-Fi. Pool and pool table were well maintained and all three generations of our family were appreciative of them!

Unforgettable Family Reunion by the Beach — Perfect in Every Way!

We could not have asked for a more magical place for our family reunion! From the moment we arrived, this beautiful home located near Kate Sessions Park welcomed us with comfort and charm. The master bedroom was amazing, and the layout was ideal for privacy and convenience. The living room was a cozy gathering space, and the well-equipped kitchen made it a joy to cook and share meals together. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Their attention to detail, right down to providing bathroom essentials and ensuring bedding comfort—made it feel like home. This was more than a beautiful rental. It was the backdrop for laughter, reconnection, and memories we’ll cherish forever. The location couldn’t have been better: located approximately equidistant to the PB and La Jolla neighborhoods we love best. Our entire family, across generations, felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back!
