We loved you and Your friends! You guys went over and above what any other Guest has ever done! And my Cleaners were absolutely ecstatic to give me their report. We had a lovely time at the property! It was clean, well-supplied, and everything was as advertised. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The shower door will be a good story for many years! Although I’m now paranoid about glass shower doors! Who knew? I’m glad you and your friends enjoyed the house and spool. Host was amazing. Property is super spacious with lots of bedrooms and we LOVED the spool! Indoor and outdoor areas were amazing! Had everything we needed and easy driving distance to beaches, little Italy, zoo, etc.

We had a great stay at this property! We booked it on short notice and Colleen was an amazing host. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the booking process. The property was extremely clean and welcoming, I would definitely come back and recommend this to family and friends. Thanks again Colleen!

Excellent

Colleen was a fantastic host and the house was the perfect place for us to enjoy our visit to San Diego. I appreciated having plenty of beds for our group and the dual kitchen setup was great. No issues at all, would highly recommend for groups looking for a relaxing place to stay while visiting SD

Amazing Family Weekend!

This house was perfect for our large family weekend! Plenty of rooms, and space for everyone to enjoy themselves. It is stocked with everything you will need. Colleen was an amazing host, very communicative and accommodating. My family loved the house, especially the spool and outdoor areas! It was really close to all the San Diego attractions. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time! 15 of us were able to hang out inside as well as the fun outdoor spots. Sometimes by the fire pit, sometimes in the spool, and sometimes by the spool. The beds were super comfortable, and Colleen got right back with us anytime we had a question. Thank you for a great 3 nights!!!!

Bachelorette Party

Overall great property for a bachlorette party, very nice spool in the back. Make sure AC is not on eco mode. Colleen was very responsive.

Not what I expected

Location boasted in/near GasLamp. That was not true. Disappointed in the area/neighborhood

I’m so sorry to hear this Laura. The listing does not say we’re IN Gaslamp! But we are only 8-10 min away. We’re very close to all the major hot spots in San Diego, NOT in them. And most people love the area we’re in due to it being close to most things and because we enjoy a lot of privacy being at the end of a cul de sac and fully fenced in. But I appreciate your feedback cuz for some reason most people don’t leave reviews on this site. Even tho it could put us out of business since only 5 stars are rewarded. At least It gives me the chance to clarify and rebut your claim. If you were able, you’d see I have all 5 star reviews elsewhere (ABB). And that includes location. And I’m sad you think I was untruthful. I feel I’m 100% transparent. I hope you had a great time despite not being downtown.

After a shaky start to our vacation when our first VRBO was cancel mid flight to San Diego, Colleen stepped in and at the last minute was able to provide us with a larger and more comfortable unit. She was fantastic with quick replies to our questions and very accommodating.There was ample space for all of us with king and queen size comfortable beds. The unit was spotless, my wife really appreciated that. No cleaning or wipes necessary. All we needed to do was unpack and enjoy. The large well supplied kitchen made it easy for us to make large diners for the group. The fire pit area and the spool (pool hot tub combo) made our evening enjoyable. Being on a dead end street provided us with plenty of privacy and quiet. Thank you, Colleen and VRBO for saving our vacation. We highly recommend the unit for large family.
