Once you have completed these steps, we will confirm your reservation. The steps have been implemented to ensure your safety and enhance your enjoyment of your stay.


PARTIES
Parties are prohibited. We want you to enjoy your stay and invite you to celebrate milestones while respecting the property, neighbors, and residents.

We love to host celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, bridal parties, and more at the Miami Pool Oasis, as long as all guests are listed on the reservation.

To be clear, this means no outside guests or visitors.

NO SMOKING
Do not smoke anywhere inside or outside on the property.

PETS
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome after pre-approval and payment of our $35 per night per dog fee. We apologize, but we do not accept any other types of pets. We require pre-approval for all dogs when you make your reservation.

There is no pet fee for a service dog.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
Once your booking is confirmed, you can enhance your stay with us by adding options tailored to your stay, such as using an EV charger, requesting early check-in, or paying for your dog to stay with you. These optional services can be booked through your custom guest portal. Don't worry, we'll send you the link after your reservation has been confirmed.

We opt to let our guests add these items à la carte to keep our nightly rate low, as not everyone wants to charge their electric vehicle, arrive at the property early, or travel with a dog.

Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement

We’re excited to host you for an unforgettable stay. This agreement outlines a few simple rules to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We’re here to help—our contact information will be provided in your reservation details.


1. House Rules
• No Parties or Events: Parties, DJs, or bands aren’t allowed. We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay.
• Noise & Quiet Enjoyment: Please respect neighbors and keep gatherings to the guests listed on your registration. Miami-Dade County noise ordinances prohibit excessive noise, so kindly keep noise levels respectful at all times, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM until sunrise (no music during these hours).
• Occupancy: Please note that only the exact number of guests named on your reservation may stay. Extra guests may lead to cancellation.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property—we have detectors in place.
• Safe Use: Kindly follow all laws and safety rules. Fireworks and candles are prohibited. The gas grill and gas fire pit may be used but must not be left unattended. Please report any chirping alarms immediately—smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.
• Parking: Please park only in the designated driveway spaces (up to 3 vehicles). Kindly contact us if you need parking assistance.
• Alcohol Consumption: Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly within private areas (e.g., backyard, pool area). Open containers in public areas like the front yard or driveway may violate local laws.
• Keeping the Space Nice: We treat for pests, but bugs or wildlife (like raccoons and iguanas, etc.) may appear—please report sightings immediately, keep doors closed, and supervise children and pets near the pool. No refunds for occasional bugs. Kindly follow our instructions for disposing of waste, and please leave the space in good condition.


2. Pool Rules
• Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard is on duty, and no horseplay, diving, or running around the pool is permitted.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and please keep doors closed and locked for safety.
• Please use plastic glasses—no glass near the pool.
• Kindly shower before swimming.


3. Pet Policy
• Approval Required: Please contact us before bringing your dog (no other pets allowed). We’ll need to approve your dog due to insurance restrictions. Unapproved pets may lead to cancellation without refund.
• Pet Fees: $35/night per dog (max 2 dogs).
• Pet Deposit: $500 refundable hold on your credit card.
• Pet Rules: Please ensure dogs are not left unattended (even crated), are leashed or under control, and aren’t allowed on furniture or counters. Kindly clean up after your pet immediately—indoor piddle pads aren’t permitted.
• Service Animals: We welcome service animals! Please confirm your animal’s role and tasks with us. The same rules apply: they can’t be left alone, must be controlled, and aren’t allowed on furniture unless required for your disability (kindly let us know for extra cleaning). Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may result in removal and legal reporting, per Florida law. In case you were wondering, emotional support animals are not service animals.


4. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
• Booking Fees: You’ll pay the amount shown during booking when you make your reservation.
• Optional Add-Ons: Pool heating and other add-ons to enhance your stay are available for a fee (as noted in the listing). Please let us know if you’d like to add these.
• Taxes: The total cost of your reservation, including the nightly rate and cleaning fees, includes all applicable Florida tourist development and sales taxes, which we collect and remit on your behalf. For optional add-ons, displayed prices do not include taxes—we will collect the applicable taxes on these fees at the time of payment.
• Guest Verification: Please complete the Guest Verification process within 48 hours of booking for safety and compliance. We use Truvi to handle this process on our behalf.
