The entire home, including the detached garage and yard. Parking available for 4+ vehicles.

Family member birthday, they live 1/2 mile from unit, very convenient for us to travel back and fort

Only negative was outlets in upstairs bedrooms, did not work. Might think about putting note on basement door that washing machine is down stairs. We were a group of senior adults, had to send one down to find the washer? Otherwise very clean and well stocked

Great location and property

We stayed here for 11 nights for business and it met all the needs we had. Good location, plenty of parking and all the amenities we needed

Great neighborhood and central location

We were very happy with location since we were doing activities in downtown Spokane some days and Riverside State Park other days. Also house is super close to Flying Goat and other restaurants.

Chose this property as was located in same neighborhood as family we were visiting. Property was very clean on our arrival. Kitchen nicely equipped. First floor bathroom small but functional. Plenty of towels for our group of 7. Washer and dryer on site was a definite plus. Upstairs bedrooms on the small side; bunk beds more appropriate for younger children, not teenagers. Several restaurants/cafes within walking distance which we made use of. House is older remodeled home and could use an electrical upgrade. Not enough outlets in many rooms. Jeff is a great host-communicates well and responds quickly.

Here for a long weekend. We attended a play downtown and attended the NCAA tournament. We lyfted everywhere. This house was awesome for 2 of us. We walked around the pleasant neighborhood everyday. Favorite was the flying goat just 2 blocks away. Also the garden cafe was very pleasant for breakfast. The host was easy to work with- allowing me to check in early and a little late. The house is cute and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.thank you!!

A nice place to return “home to

The house is very cute and charming. There were some minor issues but the property manager was quick to respond. We were in town for a college event and were out of the house for the majority of the stay, but it was a nice place to return to after a long day. We are able-bodied and the stairs up to 2 of the bedrooms (one having two bunk beds) were not a hindrance but, if one can’t do stairs, there is one bedroom on the main floor. A great stay for what we needed.

Updated Home in Great Location!

The property owner is extremely attentive. Any question I had during my stay, he responded immediately. A+ Host!!!! For the price and the location, as well as the size of the home, I felt I got a very good deal. The house is setup perfectly for home away from home. I cooked and truly enjoyed all the amenities available. My daughter enjoyed the bunk beds and having her own bathroom, even her own level! I decided to extend my stay by a day, and again, the property manager gave me the same great rate, as well as emailed me back and forth late wt night to answer all my questions and assist me in adding a night to my stay. This house is a gem. I will definitely stay again.

The overall stay as great. I would upgrade the upstairs double mattress. It wasn't that comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great.

New Years surprise for my grandma

This might be our last time celebrating the holidays with our grandmother and my kids to finally spend some time with her despite her fly being delayed we enjoyed every bit of the stay we appreciate our host the location how comfortable so many rooms and can fit a huge family like mine very helpful and considerate 5 star rating from me and my family

Clean and tidy!

Perfect for what we needed, short stay visiting family for Thanksgiving. Very clean and well maintained. Communicating with property manager was timely and helpful.

Great location, home in need of updating

We initially rented this place for two weeks and unfortunately had to leave after one night. After unplugging all of the febreeze air fresheners an overpowering scent of cigarettes came over the house. I had to replace my sons pack and play after his one nap in the room upstairs because I could not get the scent of cigarettes out of his crib. The house has many quarks like the outlet in the kids room only works when the switch is on (so unfortunately they couldn’t use their white noise machine or a monitor). The stairs are very steep as previous reviewers mentioned, my kids didn’t seem to struggle with them but it did make me nervous especially if they needed us in the night. The house has some great qualities like it’s proximity to some of the best restaurants in Spokane, flying goat and downriver grille. Audubon park is also a short walk which has awesome toys, lots of shade, and a splash pad. I think this house could be great but something needs to happen with the smoke smell, and the exterior is pretty rough. It is right on a busy street too so that could be concerning for littles. The management company was great to work with when we had to leave, we wish them well.

Great location, dated and tired house.

The neighborhood is lovely. The house is very dated and dingy. The walls were dirty, toilet paper holder broken, hair in shower, coffee mugs were dirty, earwig ran out from under coffee maker, 3 empty alcohol bottles tossed in the yard. The beds were comfortable and we all had a space to sleep in a safe neighborhood but the actual house needed some work!!!!
