Do not hesitate to rent this home. It’s adorable! All the amenities you need. Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is so friendly! We absolutely love your home. The downstairs bed is soooo comfortable!! Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home! We will definitely be back!!

This adorable artist's home was impeccably decorated and so cozy. Loved all the white lights and the back patio. The location was perfect to get to a nearby park with views of the mountains as well as to downtown Lafayette and Louisville. The office set up was extremely co discovered for work. Appreciate the bottle of wi e and snacks. I felt so very welcome and appreciate all the special touches throughout this beautiful home.

Grandson's birthday

Came out to Colorado to celebrate my grandson's first birthday. Location was great and morning walks to the lake were awesome. Would definitely stay here again

My family stayed at this property for CU Graduation Weekend. The property is fabulous and within a short drive to CU.

Our stay in this beautiful home has been amazing! I cannot say enough about this warm, cozy joyful home and its extraordinary host! It is impeccably clean, stocked with anything you might need, in a great neighborhood and close to everything! The owner of this home went above and beyond to accommodate my family when we arrived a day early and then needed to stay an extra night at the end of our trip! She is a warm, kind and gracious host. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone and I will be staying here again on my next trip to Colorado!

Beautifully Renovated Property

Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The host was extremely communicative and friendly. Intuitive instructions were provided to aid in check-in, check-out, controlling the lights and fans, and utilizing the equipment. To top it off, the hot tub was a huge bonus! Will definitely aim to stay here again, next time we’re in town.

Quiet

This beautiful home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly and accessible. There is nothing extra you would want in this place, they have thought of everything.

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage! The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The kitchen was amazing and had all the things we needed to have lazy mornings with coffee enjoyed on the patio! There was so much space for my family of 6. Bathrooms were great and the showers were heavenly after a long day of Denver thank the hosts for always being a text away and answering any and all questions. The fresh flowers were such a beautiful touch too. I loved the art thru the home and the vintage feels of the decor.

Home away from home

Absolutely exceeded expectation! We were displaced from the Marshall fires; Regina and Jay could not have been more warm, welcoming, and accomodating. The house is gorgeous...cozy, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need, all top-quality. We felt so safe and cared for during an incredibly difficult time. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for four days visiting family. The owner welcomed us personally and warmly upon our arrival. The house itself is totally magical!! Filled with cafe lights, string lights, decorated trees, beautiful art, and quirky-cute decor - it took my breeath away when we walked in. It was immaculately clean, and had everything you could need for a stay. Large upstairs bedroom with HUGE bathroom, another bedroom on main level with full bath, and large basement area with bed and laundry. The landscaping was delightful; the backyard was fenced for the dog, with a deck, table and chairs, and a hot tub that we didn't use, but it looked very inviting. Very private setting. I loved that there were remote controls to turn on/off all the lights. The hosts/owners left chips and wine and chocolates for us - nice touch! The place is dog friendly for sure, but be aware that you cannot leave your pet there unattended unless they are in a crate, which is totally understandable, but a fact that I missed when we booked. We were able to always leave someone there or take her with us where we went, but something to be aware of. Highly recommend this place - owner seemed lovely.

Hiking in Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park

We had a great trip. We really needed a place for us to relax after hiking, cook some meals, space for all of us to sleep. The house fit the bill. It was close to everything we wanted to do, so that was really nice. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The only thing that would be nice is to upgrade is the air conditioning. It was in the upper 80's and 90's when we were out there. After a day of hiking it would have been nice to have a cooler house. Other than that we were very happy with everything!

Luxury Tree House Feel in the Middle of Town

Our stay in our Lafayette oasis was second to none. The cute house about 10 min from Boulder could not have been any more perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The house is completely remodeled with oversized bathrooms (even with a soaking tub), new floors, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fully stocked remodeled kitchen (with every cooking utensil, spice and pan you could hope for) and up to date technology for personal and business needs.. The backyard is like a botanical garden with multiple flowers, shrubs and trees and a lovely deck. The location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk to a small lake, close to restaurants and golf courses and in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were beyond accommodating and incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with them and learning about their place. Truly good people. We hope to be back next year when we again leave Texas for cooler weather.

Enchanted Forest Getaway

This property was amazing! The pictures just don’t do it justice. The home was clean, and it felt cozy as if I never left home. All the artwork, and little details in the home, are just amazing! Regina was so sweet and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts

This home was comfortable and beautiful, and the hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. My husband needed to work during our stay and Jay was kind enough to locate a desk top riser that allowed him to work while standing for portions of the day. This helps him a lot with some back issues. The home was also well-stocked; Regina and Jay have thought of everything for a comfortable, homey stay!

Met every need

Thanks to Jay and Regina we were able to stay in a spacious, clean, fully stocked home, located brilliantly between Denver and Boulder. From coffee to first aid, wonderful media room for Premier League game and the very well appointed desk area for work - we had no need that was not met. The back garden, seating and plantings were a delightful way to spend the relaxed mornings or evening cocktail. Regina’s beautifully arranged flower bouquet was such a thoughtful surprise! We found that the suggestion of using the whole house fan overnight provided a very comfortable sleeping climate. We only had the ceiling fans of old to compare (noisy!) but this was a low hum that was barely noticeable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!!

Great place!

I stayed here with my two teenagers and we found Regina and Jay's place to be very clean and comfortable. We loved the location and all the snacks provided.

Amazing

Everything was amazing, the property itself is beautiful the hosts went out of there way to set us up with everywhere needed and even had a bottle of champagne ready for New Years and treats for our dog. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!
