This Modern Ranch home, located on Open Space, boasts gorgeous Mountain and Lake Views, and flows right into the back covered patio with comfortable seating inside or out for an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home, that hosts up to 12-14, is situated right in the middle of Boulder and Denver, and has easy access to all of your mountain adventures. Host your holiday gatherings or meet your family in Denver over the holidays.
You can watch the sunrise over the lake or take a morning walk on the trails. The great room is perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings alike. Hang out at the island, or lounge on the oversized couch, while taking in the views with the floor to ceiling windows. The open yet formal dining area can host any holiday or dinner. Offered is a main floor Master bedroom with a King Bed and en suite, equipped with a full bath and shower, soaking tub and luxurious walk in closet. Also on the main floor, is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and full bathroom. You'll also find a large laundry room located centrally on thew main floor. Head down stairs, and find a third large bedroom with a King Bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. You will also find a set of comfortable full sized bunk beds, suitable for 2 couples or families alike. Enjoy the large rec room, with a shuffleboard and theater style space. It is the ideal entertaining space! You will also find a comfortable desk set up, and printer, for any working needs. Appreciate the modern and open, yet cozy space. This home has everything you need, including smart tvs in each bedroom, a fully stocked coffee station, fresh towels and linens for all guests and a complete kitchen with many amenities. Great family stay

We had a great stay in the Foothills Retreat! The house was perfectly set up for our group and gave each couple/family plenty of privacy. We loved the outdoor space and the open space in the living room and basement. Susan was a very communicative host, answering all our questions quickly. We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful Views

I stayed at this home for 3 weeks. This home is absolutely beautiful, comfy, and has a wonderful view! The host is outstanding, and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. What a treat.

Our family of four was very comfortable here. Plenty of room to spread out and be together, plenty of dining space. The beds were comfortable, the patio was really pleasant. We appreciated the games and play space downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet (surprising for such a large neighborhood!) and has lots of sidewalks, parks, and even connects to trails in the next-door green space. The location is nicely suburban yet still close enough to metro amenities. I would certainly book it again!

Great layout with private bedrooms and cozy basement w game area. Outdoor space was amazing with firepit, long range views, and private back yard. Just right and a great value for what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this incredible home. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very spacious. The property manager was very attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. The home was also located in a very convenient location.

The house was a perfect setup for my sisters and I to meet up in Colorado together! We loved the basement setup where the noise could stay downstairs for the younger kids to sleep upstairs. The house was perfect, and we highly would recommend it to others!

Great Location

Very close to Denver and Boulder. We had everything we needed in the house for cooking. Plenty of linens as well. Overall, great stay.

Pleasant Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. We ventured close to downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada, and Golden. Everything was so convenient for us. We would stay here again, for sure.

Wonderful Stay

The home was very comfortable for my family. The basement is a fun hangout space to watch tv or play games. The main level is also very nice. The surrounding area is great with a grocery store and good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

We enjoyed staying at this property. Had all the amenities you needed, all the beds were very comfortable, and it was a great location close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Communication was great and any issues that came up they dealt with it immediately.
