Beautiful and fancy 1bed apartment. Excellent location, bus stop only steps away from the property. Commute to the big Apple only 20 to 25 minutes. Stores, supermarket walking distance. Apartment is fully renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay comfortable and in style.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Claudia is responsive, the apartment is clean, lots of heat and hot water for NYC winter. The 125 bus is across the street, easy commute to Port Authority. Amazing apartment! Will definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. The apt was very clean and had everything you needed. I really appreciated how quickly the host was in communication with me. Other bonuses were the onsight parking and the super convenient bus stop right outside the building to travel into the city.

Restful place to stY

Clean and cosy stay while we were in town for the Jersey City Marathon. Kitchen had what we needed (thank you for the coffee!), bed was comfortable and the place was spotless.

Everything was clean and it was very easy to get in and set up. Very convenient access to the bus routes for trips into NYC. Information on the busses were also provided.

The place was great for what we needed. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to maybe get a full size mirror and put it somewhere. Maybe on the back of a door or something. The walls are thin so you can hear the person above the room pretty good. Obviously that can’t be helped but thought I should mention. The host was great and very helpful.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my son/mom trip. It’s a very small one bedroom but has a pullout couch. Very clean and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to others!

Exceeded expectations!

This place was in the perfect location for our stay travel to NYC and back was easy (thanks to our host recommendations) the appointment was way more then we expected so clean so comfortable I can't say thanks enough to our host for going above and beyond 100% recommend!

Perfect stay

Apartment was clean and very centric, close to supermarkets and bus stops. It was perfect for our family of 3 and only 20-30 mins by bus to the city. Claudia was great with the directions and instructions to check in and out. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to NY.

Perfect Space for a Trip

My husband and I were visiting New York just for the weekend. We had a tight budget and the hotel prices were insane! We booked this Vrbo and it was perfect for our needs. It can sleep four, but it would be a tight fit.

Just what we needed four our Broadway trip

This was just what my teen son and I needed for our trip to see a Broadway show. The apartment was clean, super cozy, and just steps from a bus stop for bus 125 that goes over to the Port Authority bus depot every hour.

Beautiful small apartment

This is a great property. A small one bedroom apartment that fit all of our needs for our weekend in New York. Clean and comfortable with GREAT A/C! I wish the New Jersey transit system was more efficient and I would suggest anyone staying here does your research so you are more prepared than we were. Once we figured that out, this apartment has easy access to several bus stops.

Great Stay

My 24 year and i had a great stay for the weekend! If youre looking for an affordable quaint property to spend the day in the city with no back and forth to the property, its fantastic! We were able to easily commute to NYC via Lyft for about $100 round trip, leaving around 10 and, returning around 10pm and about a 40 min ride each way. If you're looking for a location to go back and forth between the city and the property conveniently , this is probably not the place. Claudia was very helpful and responsive and overall, this is a great stay for a quick weekend visit! If youre looking for a Lyft each dkrectio. F

Concert get away

The property over all was nice. Only thing I would say is it would of been nice if they had a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door or something, just something that would be a nice touch . As two woman who got ready for a concert it would of been nice to be able to see a full mirror view. Also, the garage is super narrow. No fault of the owners of course. Just a note that if you drive a bigger vehicle that it would not fit, and it was also kinda annoying to have to put a code into a lock to get in and out of it. I actually closed my ring finger in the crease of the door when we arrived, thankfully I didn't break my finger. And the security on the entrance of the building doesn't exist. That door was open and not locked at any point during our stay. We never had to use the code, but we never felt unsafe. However everything else was great. Clean, perfect for my mom and myself. Wasn't too noisy.

This apartment was wonderful! The place was clean and cozy. It was right by the bus stop, so convenient and easy to get into the city. Claudia was always available if there were questions or concerns and check-in/check-out was seamless.
