This beautiful brand new renovated apartment, features 2 bedroom with full closet space. First room has a queen bed, second room a full bed. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area that provides a full sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage and space to prepare a wonderful meal. Bus stop to NYC is only steps away, commute is between 20 to 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Exclusive laundry room available only for guests and private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

This is my second time booking with Claudia. The rooms are amazing for the price. Close to the city. And the area is extremely quiet for the location. I will be back and of course I’ll be booking another one of Claudia’s units

Had a great 8 night stay in this apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean with good air conditioning units in all the rooms. It is in a great location with frequent local buses in and out of Manhattan. It is very close to local supermarkets and has bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host is very responsive to any queries you may have.

Bus stop right outside the apartment which was convenient to get into the city. Communication through the VRBO app was a little difficult because I was on vacation & didn't check the app. for messages. Texting may be easier.

The apartment is clean and exactly as advertised in the listing. The kitchen has dishes and cookware, and a 5 cup coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. The host Claudia is very responsive to messages and did a great job making sure we were comfortable. Bus stop right across the street for easy access to New York. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

It was an excellent place to stay. More spacious than expected. Very comfortable. Modern and updated. Loved being able to see NYC skyline. Would definitely recommend. Host Claudia was quick to respond to any questions. Bus stop right across the street.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Very comfortable for all of us. The location was perfect for visiting NYC. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The location is a little confusing at first; but once we figured out what door to go to and how to get in; it was fine. The outside door was actually open when we arrived; but after that; it was always locked where we had to enter a code. Actual building & elevator are a little questionable; but it ended up being fine; we are just not used to NY apartment buildings. It was actually very quiet; there were ear plugs in the bedrooms but we didn't need them. The hallway on our floor did always smell like smoke & pot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very responsive; answers messages back immediately.

Apt location was perfect, the pics were spot on with how nice and clean it was . Not to mention the little added touches the owner left made my first VRBO experience an amazing one ! It almost made me want to move here but for sure will try and get this when I come back

Parking was easily located but the spot in the garage was slightly tight and knob was missing on the front to pull down but other than that great! Very clean and easy to get to!

Very clean apartment. It was easy to catch an Uber to get to the Hoboken PATH train into NYC. The apartment fit 6 of us perfectly. The only thing I would have liked to of had was hand soap in the bathroom. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice apartment with each access to NYC

This was a great spot to stay to our trip to NYC. Nice, clean with more room that a hotel. Secure parking and easy access to bus line.

Great Stay

Very clean and comfortable Appartement…. Bus stop is right in front, 20 min to NYC. Dodd Market just down the road. We had a fantastic stay

5 Days in NY

The accommodation is in a great location, about a 25-minute bus ride to Times Square. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Claudia responded super quickly to any questions! Thank you, great accommodation.

We had a great 9 night stay at the property and encountered no issues. A short bus ride using the No. 125 bus into New York. Bus Fares 4.10. We brough a pass as Port Authority bus station so was a bit cheaper. Good location also to visit New Jersey if you like to shop. Several local supermarkets to choice from. We couldn't fault the apartment.

Great Appartement for New York Visit!

Really great place to stay if you wanna visit Manhattan, New York . A nice, clean and stylish home for 4 adults. Bus stop just in front of the building, which takes you to Bus Authority in just a few stops. Highly recommended!
