Quick business trip

Very comfortable.

This beach house is located perfectly. The view on the front porch is very relaxing. All of the best parts of Port O’Connor are very close by. The accommodations were very comfortable.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! Exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, great for our family of 4. Kitchen was very well stocked, and the porch was perfect for drinking coffee! Owner was very nice and responsive. We will be back!!

Great Spot

Property was clean and comfortable. Host was attentive. Great location across lot from ramp. Laid back porch atmosphere with view of intercoastal, able to see water conditions at fishermans cut. Will stay again!

The house is super clean and cute. The communication was great. We would definitely stay there again. The meeting place for our fishing charter was amazing. It was basically across the street.

Great stay!

We had such a great stay here! The house was clean and updated and so well stocked! They had every single thing we needed! The porch was nice at night to watch the fishing boats and barges coming in. The beach was 1.6 miles away. We couldn’t have been happier!

Great place for a POC fishing trip.

Loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of POC and convenient to our fishing guide. The kitchen was well equipped. My favorite part is the front balcony. It’s a great place to six and relax.

My family has been coming to POC for more than 30 years to enjoy the coastal resources. Our family of four enjoys different things about being in Port O'Connor- from the beach to the fishing tournament trail to just having a cocktail on the porch in the breeze watching the birds, the dolphins and the boats go by.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We purchased this property because it fits our needs the best. We work full-time and wanted a weekend getaway that not only get to and enjoy quickly, but where we could clean and lock-up quickly when it was time to go, without too much maintenance. As well, we wanted a place that we could rent frequently to ensure the property was continually maintained when we could not enjoy it ourselves. It never hurts to have the rental income to help offset some of the high taxes and insurance!!

We fell in love with these condos as soon as construction was completed in 2014. They have an unbelievable view and are the right size for the quick getaway or a longer stay without sacrificing the amenities of home.
