Luxurious modern large 1,381 sq ft two story condo, sleeps 6 with private bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Large great room/ kitchen for gathering and 3rd story roof top patio to relax around fire pit and hot tub. Sunbathe overlooking Avila’s beauty, just steps to the beach.
Entry room on 1st floor with sleeper couch, 48” TV, Murphy queen bed and full bathroom enters into single car garage and laundry room. 2nd floor with 55” TV, Fireplace, queen sleeper couch, kitchen island with sink, 4 barstools, dining area for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with table settings for 8, Keurig -Cappuccino coffee maker, Drip Coffee maker, spices, sugars, condiments.
Best weather on the central coast with lots of outdoor activities. Nice waves, Friday night during the summer is farmer's market with live band & dancing, beach front wine tasting and restaurants. Walking distance to Avila Golf Course. Next to Port San Luis for fishing tours or boat launches. Enjoy the dog beach and Avila Bay both with paddle boarding and kayaking rentals. Sycamore Hot Springs, Avila Barn, Bob Jones biking trail, Avila Lighthouse, pier fishing are just some reasons to choose this condo.

Love the peace and quietness that comes with Avila beach at night. This rental was perfect for, stargazing on the roof or a quick midnight stroll on the beach. It was perfect.

Hosts very communicative and left a thorough notebook of what’s available in the kitchen and garage - such as beach chairs, games, pots, etc. we didn’t utilize but nice to have the options!

What a wonderful and lovely place to stay. Debby & Jeffrey have a beautiful home, and Avila Beach is just fantastic. The house itself was stunning, spotlessly clean, and completely met all our expectations. It was perfect for us (a family of four from the Netherlands) and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the rooftop jacuzzi, which was absolutely awesome! Additionally, the beach gear provided was excellent and perfect for our beach days. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family of four loved this spot! The place is clean and well kept, the hot tub was wonderful, and everything was walking distance. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities, and it was great to have things like beach towels and beach toys. It’s a short drive to Avila Barn, and a short walk to the aquarium. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question about the air-conditioning as well. Definitely coming back again!

This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!

Nice quiet area offering just what we were looking for, a mid-week relaxing getaway. Communication with host was great. Well stocked house that even had almost everything you would need for the beach. Good air conditioning and fans, comfortable bed and good water pressure. Super close walk to the beach, SUPER CLOSE and they have a wagon!

This condo was perfect for my family. We loved the two levels as it allowed the girls to feel like they had their own little space downstairs as we hung out upstairs. Very spacious for a family of four and a hop skip and a jump to the shops and beach. Our daughters loved the time in the jacuzzi after a day at the beach. Great place to make memories.

Great family trip

This home was amazing and in a great spot, not too far but not too close. More than enough space and a great rooftop patio with jacuzzi we enjoyed.

This condo is located close enough to the beach (just a three minute walk) but far enough to be very quiet. Across the street from the golf course to allow free enjoyment to the outdoor concerts. Expansive patio for sunning and a hot tub for warming up after a swim, or relaxing by fire pit and sunsets at night.
