Nice place for a mini-break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was clean, quiet, and safe. It was within a block to the beach and pier, had easy access to restaurants, and easy to reach by car from Cal Poly SLO. It is just the right size for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, and a Keurig machine that could make a pot or a single mug, depending on the need. Some K-cups, sugar, and creamer were provided. The management was responsive to questions. One point to keep in mind: Avila market is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays, so if you are planning to cook, you will need to go shopping in SLO or Pismo on those days.

Cute and cozy beach get-a-way

The rental was cute, cozy and super clean! It was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Perfect for a relaxing get-a-way!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed and parking was very secure. Steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Very lovely decorated. Modern and chic. Loved how close the place is to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It’s also very quiet and calm. Loved everything. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect. The rental was spotless. The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area. And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix. Like I said, just perfect.

Wonderful clean condo great location

Clean and cozy condo nestled in the small town of Avila Beach. Walking distance to restaurants although we chose to drive 8 minutes down to Pismo Beach to dine at Ventana- great food and ocean views. We used the pullout bed for my teenage son and all of us were very comfortable. Convenient parking in garage. There is a coffee shop below so some noise comes from that. Texted Stephanie about the wifi not working and she texted back immediately. Loved this spot!

October vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at this condo this year, having previously stayed in April/May. Once again we had a wonderful time. The only negative was the annoying crows that did a number on the small outside balcony which made it unusable. Mgmt staff was very helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here again next year.

The management company is around the corner and so sweet if you need anything. On Friday nights they have food stands and a band on the promenade which was so fun!

Terrific condo on my favorite CA beach

I've been traveling to the coast of California for over twenty years now and have decided that Avila Beach is my favorite home away from home. We've stayed at a couple of places in this area, and this condo was terrific. Small, but has all you need to enjoy a beach and beach town vacation. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shaved-ice vendors (my son's fave!), bike rentals, and the Bob Jones bike path and we wanted for nothing inside of the condo either. My husband and I stayed in the comfortable bedroom and our 11 year old son slept on the pull out couch just fine. When we come back to Avila - and we certainly will - we will look to see if this place is available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect little spot close to the beach and promenade. A little snug for a family of four, but workable. We have an infant and toddler. The location made it easy to run back and forth to the beach or out for food. There was actually a new wall mounted AC unit, which was nice. There are a few art shops below that we barely heard. Nice and quiet. The garage was nice and big (room for mid sized SUV with cargo rack on top). It allowed us to leave our beach chairs, toys and towels down there. Close to SLO restaurants, breweries and wineries too. Loved the unit and town.

250 steps to the beach was my favorite. We can go in an out with ease and the places to eat was great too.

Cute and convenient

The place is very nice with everything you need. The bed was really comfortable too! The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops was so convenient.
