Newly updated, Convenient Condo-Walk to Main St, the Lift, and the Pool!

Experience the perfect getaway in this newly updated, two-bedroom, Sundowner II Condo. The Sundowner 2 complex is in an incredibly convenient Breckenridge location. It is in short walking distance to Main St. where guests can enjoy the shopping, dining, nightlife, and everything that the Breckenridge has to offer.

It is in walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take guests right onto the slopes. At the end of the day, guests can also ski down 4 O’clock Run in order to get back to Sundowner II. The location makes it easy for guests to truly soak in the wonders of this lively, mountain town.

Sundowner II #124 is a stylish, newly updated condo. As guests walk into the unit, the main level is open and spacious, with the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has three luxurious, leather sofas and one turns into a sofa sleeper for extra bedding. The living room has a cozy, stone fireplace and a TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining room area sits next to the kitchen with enough room for the entire party.

The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a queen-sized bed, TV, Breckenridge views, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well and a private bathroom. The private bathroom for the second bedroom has a newly remodeled, sizeable walk-in shower and a vanity. The main level has a half bathroom and the condo has an in-unit washer and dryer.

This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.

Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.

Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons

Close to Snowflake Lift

3 night stay in Breckenridge

Older property that has been remodeled. Feels a bit dated but nice and clean none the less. Great TV system with many channels and access to Netflix. Good location for walking to town and nice hot tub. Stove is a little dated and there appeared to be a leak under the kitchen sink.

Convenient and exceeded our expectations

Checking in and out was a breeze and I was happy they had a Dropbox so we could leave at whatever time. We will definitely recommend our friends.

Would definitely stay again, it’s exactly as described, even the beds / pillows are comfortable. If you like sleeping in total darkness you might want to bring a few Base ball caps to cover the thermostats which are astonishingly bright in every room. Excellent.

Great location, very cozy AND roomy

Easy walk to snowflake chair and main street restaurants and shops. Free shuttle bus stop right outside building. Inside, the condo was spacious yet comfortable. Kitchen well equiped to cook stews, soups and anything else you like. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Covered, underground garage with elevator. Can't think of anything else we could have wanted.

Great condo

The bus stop was right out front of the complex too. Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was with housekeeping. Dirty towels were left on the back of the bathroom doors & the carpets were not vacuumed in the bedrooms or stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for skiing/town

We stayed here for a holiday weekend ski trip. The location was ideal - a short 1.5 block walk (uphill) to the Snowflake ski lift as well as a short 2-3 block walk into town. It was the perfect size place with all that we needed. Would stay in this location again for a trip to Breckenridge.

Great location to town

This unit had a great location to Main Street in Breckenridge. We could easily walk to shopping, dining, groceries. The unit was very clean, and had all the things you need. The only suggestion I would make is there needs to be a little more detail on parking, it is underground parking and really not ideal for the large SUV. Also suggest more details on finding the location of the unit, using the elevator etc. But all in all a great experience!

Quality place for a great price

Good location for our purposes. Close enough to walk to a lift and can basically ski in as well. Only complaints were that the hot tub on the property broke down while we were there and thermostat took some playing with to get a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, place was pretty immaculate. Well maintained and had everything we needed. Would stay here again if looking in that area.

Not up to Par

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our friends checked out 2 days early & we did one day early, as the 2 bdrm condo was showing it's age. I gave the Mgt. Co a list of 10 items & they refused to consider. Loud remodel construction noise below all week, dirty non washed & stained bedding on sofa, hot tub cold 1st day with pebbles in bottom all week, wall plugs loose that do not work, a front door lock that locked us out twice, even with my wife inside, no hand towels first 24 hours, no batteries for tv remote & burned out night light & then there is the parking. HOA rule allows one car, even though 8-12 spaces available nightly & more in underground garage. You must park 2 miles away in paid lot and shuttle back & forth. On the bright side the kitchen was well stocked and the TV's worked with Roku.

I’ve never written a review before but this place was so nice I feel obligated to. Super spacious, very warm and welcoming. Made us feel at home. Incredible location! Could walk in less than 5 minutes to the lift, and same to get to town. Walked to everything.
