Grandview was an amazing place to stay. Clean and quiet. 2 minute walk to 4Oclock run made it a great ski in/out location. Will book here again.

We loved the place. It had a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious and nicely updated. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and everything you could need was there for a pleasant stay. A warning to new visitors to Breckenridge… they charge for parking downtown using a credit card! Plus some spaces are marked clearly and some are not at all! I got help thru email with our host and they were very helpful in responding to my needs.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nicely remodeled and the kitchen was stocked well. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony and caught the bus in the afternoon to head into town.

Condo was perfect for the 3 is us. This was the first time we we came without renting a car. The location was a short walk to the Gold line and we were able to get wherever we wanted. We would definitely rent again.

Overall we enjoyed our one-night stay at this condo. It had a good layout, was tastefully decorated, well equipped, and conveniently located. We had a repair issue that the management company addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.

The condo is in a great location. I would recommend staying here. The only thing I wish it had were the basic staples such as salt and pepper (ground-not whole like it had) and more coffee cups that were bigger than a tea cup.

Great place and perfectly located to slopes!

Cute, lil place. It’s located near Peak 8 and Gold Shuttle is 3/10ths of a mile walk to the bus stop. Mgmt was responsive with inquiries during our stay.

The walk to the Four O'clock Ski Run to get down to the Snowflake Chairlift is roughly 1 block away You can access this ski slope by walking to the opposite end of the parking lot for the Grandview & Ski Side condos.
