Beautiful unit

We love this unit and property. The security guy was kinda rude. They took all the pool furniture while everyone was at the pool to prepare for the hurricane. No one was ever available in the front office for us to speak with about reimbursement for leaving early bc of the hurricane. Still haven’t spoken to anyone.

Wonderful vacation

Loved how close to the beach we were. The back porch restaurant is in the back yard. The outdoor pool was so great! The condo was very clean and spacious, we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Amazing experience in Destin

This experience was amazing! It was my families first time being on a private beach in such a beautiful place! The condo has everything you need and more! Definitely recommend the Sterling Shores property! And it has a restaurant in the back that has the best seafood I ever had!

Great Condo

This is a great condo with plenty of room. We enjoyed the space and will be back. My only complaint would be the beach area was pretty packed but other than that the condo met our expectations!

Great for 2 families

We had a great experience. We had 2 families with kids staying in the unit. The unit has 2 master bedrooms with their own private bath and another bath and bedroom for the kids. The rooms are very big and spacious. We had lots of privacy and didn't feel on top of each other. The porch was huge and faced the ocean- so. Ice for enjoying our morning coffee. The kitchen was also stocked with anything we could need. Our kids loved both pools and easy access to the beach. We definitely would stay here again!

The appartement is decorated with a lot of heart. The Kirchen is very well Equipment. We loved The in law suite, even if we couldn't use it. We will tell our german colleagues about this wonderful place

Weekend stay

Beautiful Place - Highly Recommend

We loved this place!! It is a beautiful well kept condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee makers, blender, can opener, plates, cups, utensils, bowls, casserole dishes, pretty much anything you would need. The freezer has an ice maker. There is a huge balcony that wraps around from the master to the living room. The other master bedroom has its own little balcony patio as well. Has 2 jacuzzi tubs. All 3 bathrooms are nice. The showers have great water pressure. This place is beautiful. Loved the oversized couches. 4 TVs throughout. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Note: the blankets are thin so got cold at night. The pools were chilly, but the weather changed during our stay. The beach is right there. A Very short walk. You can see the waves crashing slightly from the balcony. It is level 2, so upper levels would see the beach more. Loved the keyless entry!! Seriously so nice to not have to keep up with a key or card. Very easy check in and check out! Also, our garbage disposal wasn’t working and maintenance fixed it so quickly. Highly recommend!! Great place!!

Lovely unit without a true view of the water

Lovely 3 bedroom unit, it has a lock out unit so it’s extra spacious. We really enjoyed the roominess of this unit, being by the trash chute was a bit loud and by the parking lot but nothing that would hold us from coming back. Furniture was comfortable.

Family Friends Getaway

We had a great time at the beach and the kids loved both pools with the convenience of snow cones and snacks right on the property. I do wish I was sent the link to reserve chairs ahead of time to avoid being in the 3rd row. However the beach guys took care of us and we’re friendly and efficient.

Family time

The unit was overall great. Clean and very spacious. Upon arrival we did notice the second master bathroom sink drain was stuck closed and had water backed up in it and some of the drapes had come off the track in the living area and were just hanging. We did report these things to property management and was told we would receive a call that business day to address the issues but nobody called or came our whole week there. When calling property management back again the next day we were told that someone would for sure contact us to come by and evaluate the issues but again, no one called or came by. We did ask to call before coming so we could ensure we were in the unit.

Great Family Adventure

We love Destin and Sterling Shores! This condo was great as far as the cleanliness and stay. Only downfall was the view. We've always stayed on the six and eighth floors before and had a better view of the beach. Didn't really matter though! We spent the majority of our time on the beach. So, book it! You will enjoy!!!!

Amazing View

This property is so beautiful inside and out... The view from the balcony is sweet, make you feel like you already on the beach.. I definitely was try and make reservations here again

Family Trip

We had plenty of room for our large family group of 10. Great time, location, pools, beautiful pathway on the short walk to the beach. Only thing I didn't like was the terrible traffic we encountered on our trip down to Destin.

Not so great!

Our family loves Sterling Shores property...we visit every year. This year we stayed in 201, the layout was great but this unit needs to be renovated badly! Literally EVERYTHING needs to be replaced. Furniture, mattresses, appliances are old, stained and outdated. There is a nice view of the parking lot and since it’s only the second floor there is a lot of noise. Kitchen was stocked better than some units we’ve stayed in. I would probably rate it a 2.5 but was generous and gave it a 3.

Perfection!

This room is amazing. No joke.. the best part are the living room couches. I mean extremely comfortable and comfy for a condo rental. 2nd best thing was the fact this room is an end unit on the second floor with no one under your unit. We had 4 rambunctious kids on sugar with us. Score! Plus it was only a walk up 1 flight of stairs as the elevator could take a hot minute. The unit came equipped with everything you would need to make a Seafood dinner and feed 10 people plus. You will need to purchase or bring all the essentials as they come with only 1 or 2 shampoos, body soaps, dishwasher soap, washer soap. Plenty of towels for 8 people. This condo is 2 rooms with a separate suit as the 3rd room. 3 bathrooms! We slept 4 adults 4 kids comfortably. Everyone having there own bed except 2 kids and 2 adults. The view is not an ocean view unless u stand to the right of the balcony and look between the 2 palms..lol. but everything else makes it grand. The only annoyance and you must prepare for. SAVE ALL the codes in your phone and NEVER leave the condo without your phone. You have to have a code to get into EVERYTHING each gate or door is a different code. It's insane! I forgot my phone and oh my... no joke I think I had 8 codes. I'm on vacation, to many codes to remember after a long island. Other than the codes... which again is annoying... I get the codes but maybe, somehow make it condensed to one code per room... I don't know... it was an amazing room and overall place. The beach access is right there, less than a 5 minute walk with 4 kids. You can rent 2 chairs for 50.00. Get there early as the water row is full quickly. Pool is nice as well... a little cold at the end of May though. We are from AZ. No joke, the best restaurant in Destin walking distance from this room, called the back porch. Waits were 2 hours, but we walked down at 11 when they opened and got seated immediately. Also has a candy shop that is decent next door as well. The track for go carts and video arcades is less than a 3 minute drive and if you want to go to Bubba Gump shrimp... not worth the 2 hour wait.. seriously.. I think that should cover it? If we do destin again we will stay here I this room.
