Great location…very close to the beach. The included beach umbrella and chairs was a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

This property has everything needed and wanted. Very roomy and was perfect for our family of four. This property is very clean. Close walk to the pool and beach. Enjoyed the many amenities in the condo, such as nice stocked kitchen, nice towels and bedding, and beach toys in storage area. Loved the lake view with turtles and ducks from the balconies. The host is always available before and during the trip. We will definitely be back.

Successful girls trip in the books!!! Aaron was amazing. We had an issue with our fridge and he was quick to answer our questions and take care of the problem. He was kind and professional. We had an amazing time on the beach which was just a short walk away and we saw tons of turtles in the morning right off the balconies. Clean, cute and very comfortable. My girls are already talking about going back!!

The property is a pretty good walk to the beach. The bedrooms are on the bottom floor so you hear everything and everyone walking around upstairs unless you all go to sleep at the same time. You could also hear your neighbors walking. There is no Iron or ironing board, so do no pack anything that needs that. They need to put a broom and dust pan in the unit. It had a small portable vac but it was dead when I needed it. I had to put it on the charger and wait to be able to use it., a broom would have been so much more efficient. Otherwise, it is a nice property just a little too far from the beach for me. There is no beach view. You are on a lake with a lot of cool turtles.

We’ve been in the complex multiple times but first time in this condo. Everything was as advertised. I would definitely book again next year if it’s available.

Perfect Family Getaway

This townhouse was amazing! It had plenty of room for the entire family of 7. We love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our 15 year old loved the smaller nook bedroom upstairs so that he had his own space. The host communicated very well throughout our stay and was very helpful. We would definitely rent this townhouse again if it is available for our next stay!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is newly renovated, and we really liked how they have the condo set up. It was very clean and accurately described in the listing. It is located on the lake. It is a nice view from the back deck overlooking the lake. It only takes a couple minutes to walk to the beach with no roads to cross. Communication with the host was accurate, timely, and pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again!

From the time we entered the unit, it was first class all the way.. From cleanliness to top notch supplies, furnishings etc.. have been coming to this resort for 4/5 years and by far this unit out did every other unit, extra towels, pillows, the bedding was top tier, I could go on and on but this place is as titled First Class!!!

We had an amazing time at this condo! Having an extra bedroom and bathroom for my family of 5 was what set this condo apart from other condos we have used in the past at this same property. Everything was clean and updated. We loved being right on the lake so we could feed the turtles every day. For coffee lovers, the kitchen does have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig-type coffee maker. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking type vessel or utensil you could possibly need. The owner is very good about communicating and responds very quickly. We look forward to staying again!

Girl's Trip!!!

I honestly did not want to leave this review because it is a new listing. Location was close to everything, and we did not have a hard time finding the place. You could tell that it had just recently had some renovations because the inspector left their card on the table. Apparently, the place had been inspected the day that we arrived. There was painters' tape on one of the steps holding it together. I received this notice after I had arrived in the property. I had persons with disabilities with me and thankfully this did not become a hazard as some have difficulty with walking independently. The dishes in the home were very dated and some had stains. There was no toilet paper in the unit, and we had to purchase some. There also was not enough towels and we made a store run to purchase those as well. 2 of the towels had stains on them. The pull-out couch was dirty! It had old food crumbs and pee stains on it. It was not usable at all which had us questioning if the couch could even be sat on. There also wasn't any extra linen to use this bed any way. The bed in the master was terrible. It was hard, sunk in, and made a lot of noise. The pillow sham had stains on it so it wasn't used. The showers had a little bit of grime in them as well but nothing that we couldn't clean ourselves. With some minor improvements this place would be a great stay.

Thank you for the review. The townhouse has been on short term rental for the past three years on multiple platforms with all positive reviews. All furniture, dishes, decorations are new in the unit. It’s unfortunate that you did not have a positive experience or reach out to me directly with any issues. The previous renters indicated a loose threshold on the top of the staircase on the stair tread. It was repaired that morning to ensure a safe stay for you and your guest. That was clearly communicated so you understood why the blue painters tape was placed on that step. The townhouse is listed as a two story unit and poses no health concerns or hazards. I replace my cleaning company with new service that has been inspected and provides superior care. The front windows of the condo were just replaced with new hurricane impact windows. By code the townhouse had to be inspected by the city hence the inspectors card that you saw on the condo. All beds in the condo are premium foam mattresses without springs that will not have sagging. Note they are firm support which not all yes prefer, but is the best option for any type of rental property. Thank you again for your feedback as any items you mentioned are easily addressed.
