Great condo.

We loved this condo. Super easy to get to the beach and restaurants. We were visiting for a baseball tournament so loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Very roomy and comfortable. I would definitely book here again.

Great experience

Not a condo to stay in if you are planning to cook or watch tv

We book condos in Destin to allow us to cook supper several nights in the week and we cook breakfast every morning. During supper time, we also are showering and getting dressed to go out. Just using a blowdryer and the kitchen kept flipping the breakers and the microwave kept going out and we'd have to wait for it to refresh and come back on. We had no TV for the entire week we were there. I was told by their maintenance staff that I could call COX cable myself and they would work on it, but on vacation who wants to have to take care of someone else's bill????? I notified Vacasa several days through the week that we had no tv but it was never resolved. Overall a clean and nice condo, but just not for a family.

Convenient to Destin proper, activities, restaurants, stores, etc. elevators were slow- better utensils needed, couple of kitchen drawers were missing parts or needed repairs, some pillow cases were dirty or missing, shud use better quality of paper towels- need more dishwasher soap, lites over bar didn’t work, generally ok but will look elsewhere ext trip

Location was great!!! Beautiful view & quick access to the beach. Condo was comfortable & equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very close to all the restaurant’s & the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again. The family & I had a great time!!!

Awesome Stay At Sterling Shores 702

We had the best time at Sterling Shores 702. We loved the large balcony with great beach views, The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, large master bath, large living room that was great for family time, and a kitchen that had all the utensils required to cook a family meal. Easy check in/out, A nice secure parking lot, beautiful grounds, and we even enjoyed the pool our last night. Communication was great via text, emails, and through the vacasa app. We loved how close we were to the beach, just walk around the second pool through the security gates and you are on the beach. Our family loved this place, and can't wait until our next trip to book a longer stay. Thanks to the Owner, the communications team, the cleaning team, the security team, the pool team, the beach chair/umbrella team, and the entire staff at Sterling Shores for making this one of our best family vacations.

Great Stay!!

There were some minor problems with the room cleanliness and required some minor repairs. Alerted Vacasa on second day of stay and they were to communicate to maintenance.

Great unit with a view

This unit was perfect. Plenty of space and fully stocked with utensils, kitchenware, etc. We really enjoyed the New Orleans/beach decor.

Great place with a good view!

We loved the view of the ocean, got to see dolphins swimming almost every day. Plenty of space for our family of 4 along with a stocked kitchen for all of our cooking and snacking needs. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall our stay was great, once the weather cooperated. 😉 Access and the outside properties were perfect, but our room was not very clean. The dishes were nasty, the showers had some sort of gunk in the bottoms, there was hair and dirt all on the rugs, and there were greasy fingerprints on most of the items in the condo. I would stay here again if house cleaning got it together.
