The kitchen is well-appointed and ready for the chef in your family. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen canopy bed, flatscreen TV, beautiful Gulf-front views and balcony access. Master en-suite bathroom has a luxurious marble walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Guest bedroom #2 includes a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV and views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Conveniently co-located near guest bedroom #2 is bathroom #2, which has a walk-in shower and natural stone countertops. Guest bedroom #3 is perfect for families, with a twin XL-over-queen bunk bed, additional twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV, beach views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom #3 with bathtub-shower combo and a double vanity. Emerald Towers is a gated, low-density, high-rise complex located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, right in the heart of Destin. The condo its shelf is nothing short of amazing! It has the most stunning views! It truly was breathtaking to wake up and see beautiful clear waters and white sandy beaches right at your “doorstep”. We came for the week of the 4th of July. We have been to PCB several times but have never been to Destin before and was so excited to see what it had to offer. This area was prefect! It’s a private beach so it’s not over crowded at all! We walked down the beach to a local restaurant that Kibbie recommended and was shocked by how crowded and the difference not even a half of mile down the beach was! It ever felt like that at Emerald Towers! Even with it being a holiday week with the parking lot full of cars it never felt that way. We never had to wait for the elevator, or a spot at the pool. There is a bathroom downstairs behind the pool area that we used often it was always so clean! Really the entire property was extremely clean! Every morning you would find staff swiping and mopping the hallways and elevators! (You could seriously smell the fresh cleanliness!) There is a rule about not being able to use your own umbrellas and needing to purchase the beach service in front of the condos that we weren’t made aware of until we arrived. However Kibbie was great about getting accommodations for us free of charge which we greatly appreciated! You are minutes away from everything here!

Destin - July 2024

I have done a number of VRBO’s over the past four years and this one was the best. The location was fantastic and the rental itself had some of the best views ever. our party consisted of my wife, daughter and MIL, and given that she is getting up in age and it might be our last vacation together we surprised the MIL by flying in my son from Los Angeles. Everyone loved the place!!! Thanks for providing the facilities for a wonderful time!

Beautiful views, nice condo

This unit has definitely had some great improvements with renovations. The host provided many “bonus” items for our use that were very nice and not typically provided. View was amazing. The condo unit was easy to access, gated and a short walk right to the beach. It did not feel crowded like the mega condos do. We paid for our beach setup and loved that. Our main feedback would be regarding the true feasibility to comfortably sleep 8 adults/older children. The primary bedroom had a queen. The second room had a Murphy bed king size. The third room was designed to sleep 4 in a very small space one of the beds being a pull out where you’re basically on the floor and no way to walk around the room when it was in use. The top bunk was difficult to access with the dresser placement and not easy to access for our teenager of adult stature. The queen bottom bunk was against the wall and would be tight for two. There is no pull out couch as an alternative. I wouldn’t recommend planning to sleep 8 if most of the group are adults or older children.

This property was amazing! Great location of the private beach, close to stores, The Track, etc.. Nice pool for the kiddos. Kibbie, owner, was amazing to communicate with. QUICK responses. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful in every aspect. View was breathtaking. Parking was no problem. Additional ice maker helped. Items that were already there was great. Didn’t have to run out to get them.

Absolute great property on the beach!!

This is a wonderful property in a great location and building! Kibbie was so helpful and accommodating to us! We arrived in Destin with a different property unaware it was under massive construction. I reached out to Kibbie, she responded to right away had her housekeeper stay late so we could check into her condo that night! The condo is just as advertised, clean, spacious and right on the beach perfect for us and the kids! We loved the smaller condo building, the pool and beach were never too crowded. Even a snowcone stand right out front!

Beautiful condo!

My family and I had a great stay in Destin! This condo is beautiful and the owner is great to work with and responds very quickly. The only complaint that we had was that the balcony was being worked on so we never had a chance to use it, which the owner told us about and reimbursed us ahead of time for it. The view from this condo is amazing though. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Great central location.

We had a great visit. Destin never disappoints. This condo was great. Location was close to everything. Was undergoing outside renovations and unable to use balcony and Kibbie great to give a partial refund. We could still see great views. Would be perfect with balcony. Only a few steps to beach. Used beach service and was great. We will be back. Would highly recommend this condo.

Spacious corner floor plan look and feels of a penthouse

We had a great stay. The rental was spotless. Update appliances, love the neutral interior. And the beauty of less is more on the decoration. Plenty of ices available for your cooler. Excellent facility, gated community, plenty parking space, fast elevators. Property owner Kibbie experience was A+. We would love to book it again next time.

Amazing Room, Best location.

You can definitely tell the condo has had a recent remodel. Very sleek and clean. 3 bed and 3 bath is hard to find in Destin at this price. This was our 4th trip to Destin and this was by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Also being a corner unit it gave us oceanfront view along a panoramic view from the side making the view awesome. Elevators worked very fast as well. Never felt like I was waiting and waiting like I have before at other condos. And this unit being on the 12th floor, it made it nice not having to wait on elevators all the time. As a fitness trainer the workout gym was perfect for quick compact workouts and was better than expected as well. This location was great for us with kids because you can take a 5min or 1 min drive and be at the go cart track, water park or even the surf store for all your beach needs. We golfed twice as well and played 2 of the 3 best courses in Destin and the morning drive to get to each only took 15min. All in all. If you are looking for the absolute best room, price and location. You can't find a better unit in all of Destin.

Much needed relaxation and late anniversary trip

Check in was a very easy process, front desk crew were very friendly. Awesome views of the Ocean. The Condo worked out perfectly for us. The only downfall was, we like to sit out on the balcony, the cigarette smoke from the unit upstairs was very strong and made it difficult to sit out there. The owner Kibbie was awesome, very easy to communicate with and replied to me very quickly!!

WEEK AT THE BEACH

Property was amazing except the dining room light fixture is too large - extends beyond the table and we kept hitting our heads. Same with the kitchen pendants. Loved the view and the condo was very spacious! It could use more knives/forks/spoons and coffee cups.
