Utility lift will accommodate a person & great for getting your gear up and down from the house. On the last natural beach in the State of Mississippi. Quiet and secluded just 30 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs and then across the bridge to Biloxi casinos. If you are looking for a family getaway, this home is perfect. Will accommodate 6-7. Perfect for nature lovers, bird watchers, families, retired folks, artists and photographers.

Beautiful Quite Beach House

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, and quite on its own personal beach. We had a great few days of relaxation!

Lovely cozy home!

The house was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Mississippi. The host is very kind and helpful. It was overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here!

super location

We enjoyed the beautiful views, secluded location, and the elevator. We wouldn't have chosen this house if it hadn't had an elevator. Susan was a great host. She was always pleasant to communicate with. The furniture could use some updating and a few more basic amenities in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay.

This place is amazing! The views are outstanding and right on the beach! We saw dolphins 🐬 on Thursday morning and it was awesome for our grandson!!! Beautiful and peaceful place to vacation!!❤️

Just perfect!

Just spent a month at the Island View Beach House and it was absolutely awesome! The location is perfect: beautiful views of the Gulf and bayou, quiet street and neighbors. It was a pleasant drive to all amenities. My favorite part though, was relaxing on the deck watching the everchanging water, listening to the early morning bird song from the tree next to the screened porch and watching the amazing sunset each night. Was lucky enough to see the green flash twice! :) Property manager, Susan, is just a delight to work with and was always available for any questions/concerns. Loved it so much that next year is booked!

Great location!

This is a well-built home right on the beach on a quiet dead-end road where you can walk for a mile and never see another person on the beach. Sleeping with the window open, listening to the waves is so soothing. The reason we didn't give it five stars is the furniture could use some updating, and the kitchen could use a few more basic amenities.

Quiet seclusion

We couldn’t have asked for a better location to relax and enjoy the beach and the gulf it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The weather could have been better but even the storms were relaxin.

Amazing

This home and area are the best little hidden gem. Morning beach walk to sunsets onn the porch. I can say enough about how perfect our stay was. The house has everything we needed and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Our favorite little getaway!

This home and property never disappoint. My family and I look forward to enjoying it every year. The house is always cozy and inviting and feels like home. The views are breathtaking, especially while enjoying our morning coffee on the screened in patio. We look forward to staying again next summer, for this home is our favorite little getaway!

Perfect getaway

Home is beautiful and bigger than looked in pictures. Screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. Just steps into the water and a porch swing if you just want to listen to the waves . We had a great time and will definitely go back . This is the perfect getaway spot to relax

2nd time staying at this serene beach house

This beach house is awesome! This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The covered and screened back porch is comfy with great views of the ocean. Clean! Has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Great communication with the owner. Ocean Springs is such a nice town! We will be back!

Quiet secluded beachfront

This was a very comfortable home with comfortable beds right on the beach. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf. We watched dolphins and many types of birds every day. The elevator was such a handy convenience for bringing in our stuff. we liked it so much we’re booked again for next year.

2024 spring girl trip

We've been doing this for years. We finally found our favorite place. The house and property was perfect. Love the private beach and of course the lift. Great for bringing up luggage and groceries. We'll definitely be back next year.

Beautiful place!

Roomy, restful, right on the water and a beautiful stretch of beach. We saw our first of many dolphins right after we arrived! Lots of ocean birds and wildlife to watch while drinking coffee in the swing or on the extra large screened porch right outside our room. Our dogs really enjoyed the beach and waves! Everything we needed was supplied and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Great family vacation

Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views of Horn Island from the large screened porch. Elevator was a plus, as our daughter with special needs doesn't do steep stairs. Observed a plethora of birds and dolphins, and able to star gaze at night.

3rd Time Here

Our 3rd trip and was just great as were our other 2 times. Susan property mgr really easy to deal with. This was first spring trip. Our previous trips were in October. Both times are good. Think we liked Oct trips better. would highly recommend if your looking for quiet getaway. We bring our 5lb Yorkie and the screened porch is a real plus as is the lift.
