The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is two blocks away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. 2 bd 1 bath, ranch home with hardwood floors and large sunroom!! All newly remodeled!! Patio area to enjoy outside!! Come and enjoy Warsaw and enjoy!!!!

Great place to stay for a Warsaw vacation. Close to everything, easy setup if you have a boat. Pam is a great host, always adding improvements to the house.

It was the cutest house! It felt so homey and cozy. We have stayed in many other vrbos and this was top of the list. We highly recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Fantastic location! Perfect spot to enjoy all of downtown Warsaw.This charming home had everything we needed--- and was within walking distance to the WONDERFUL Warsaw playground on the harbor - a brand new clean safe fabulous play area!!

Just 2 blocks off of the main drag. Good parking for a boat and trailer. Best location for a fisherman in my opinion and I've stayed from Clinton to Camdenton.

Great place to stay!

We were in town to work at the Truman Dam. Found the great place to stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Very close to everything! Walking distance to all of downtown and fishing!! You can have your boat launched onto Lake Of The Ozarks within 2 minutes!!

Location! Location! Location!! We have totally remodeled this home inside and out! We restored the original hardwood floors in the home and even on the front porch. You can walk out the front porch and take a few steps and be right downtown to visit all of the lovely shops. If you love to bike or walk the trails they are all close by and you can enjoy the water while you are doing it!
