The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is two blocks away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. 2 bd 1 bath, ranch home with hardwood floors and large sunroom!! All newly remodeled!! Patio area to enjoy outside!! Come and enjoy Warsaw and enjoy!!!!

Perfect location

Beautiful home right in the downtown area. Walking distance to the stores and water front. Enjoyed coffee on the little patio. They have built a small privacy fence to block off the traffic from the post office. Wishbthey had left the front porch a front porch. It would have been enjoyable to sit out in the evening..Didn't care for the furniture. It was too big and uncomfortable for us. TV is in a bad location. You have to sit on the couch and turn your head 90 degrees to see it or try to get comfortable on the couch at an angle. Otherwise nice clean rental.

Family Reunion at the Lake

The home was great! Very clean and located near downtown Warsaw. We were only at the house to sleep and clean up since we were at the lake with family all day. The owner was great with communicating with us to let us know we could check in early. She also checked with us through out our visit to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re visiting Warsaw or the lake.

Everything was perfect!

It was convenient and easy to get to restaurants. We would stay there again! Wish the fish were biting. We left a day early due to the lake being up 11 ft!

Great weekend getaway from KC

This is a really nice home in Warsaw. Things we loved the most were that it’s a two minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Also it was really clean and nice. Also you can park right in front of the front door!!! Love that! Also just bike down the hill to the river trail.

Cozy House

The house is decorated warmly and inviting to feel like you are at home. The check in and door code was the easiest to understand since we have been using VRBO's in the last ten years. This was a great location for us while we were visiting family in Warsaw. The AC works great!

Lakehouse meets modern farmhouse

We had such a fun stay here! It’s clear that this host really cares about her property. It was super clean, very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There is a huge kitchen and two large sitting areas for conversation. This would be the perfect place for a family or for two couples traveling together. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to bars and restaurants downtown. Great place to stay!

Excellent property- clean and well decorated, as well as close to shops, restaurants and lake. We’re a retired couple that just needed a break from day-to-day stuff and this visit gave us just that. The experience was so nice and the home had everything we needed.

Location! Location! Location!! We have totally remodeled this home inside and out! We restored the original hardwood floors in the home and even on the front porch. You can walk out the front porch and take a few steps and be right downtown to visit all of the lovely shops. If you love to bike or walk the trails they are all close by and you can enjoy the water while you are doing it!
