The parking was great for us with boat trailer. The house and the location are perfect. The host is absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I stayed here with my 5 older sisters for my Birthday. The view was amazing! The house was very clean and the host thought of everything for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time!! We loved the house and had loads of fun down on the dock. Water was very calm and the area was great!! Will definitely recommend to others and would return!

Where to begin! The house was very clean. The dock with fishing and swimming were amazing to go along with the heatwave we encountered. It was just so peaceful and relaxing by the lake. Coffee drinking on the balcony was very unremarkable. We would definitely stay again. There were four adults and two tweens. The kids utilized the “private” basement! There are games to play and the host was very responsive when the water was suddenly shut off. Luckily, it wasn’t just ours and it was back on before no time at all. Thank you, Katy!

Fishing trip

Great host they stayed on top of things responded to messages very fast. They have a million dollar view from the living room I could have sat there all day. Great job.

4th of July Family Trip

Annual trip to Warsaw to celebrate 4th of July with family. Stayed at this home since it was close to our daughter’s lake house where we all gathered. We were only at this VRBO to sleep and clean up. The home was spacious and has a beautiful deck that looks out over the lake. The updates in the home were very nice. The gravel road to the house is a little treacherous but it is a short distance. The owner responded very quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Warsaw.

Legitimately the perfect lake spot

So this place is just one or two exits from absolutely anything you could need out there. So when you've got kids and have to make 100 trips to Walmart like us, it's easy.Perfect lake location. Safe, quiet, place with a private dock for the boat, fishing, and swimming. It's just so beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need in a place to stay. Oh, and the deck is fantastic to sit out and watch the lake. It has a beautiful view to enjoy with a cup of coffee or to sit in the sun. The host was easy to reach and easy to talk to. It is a typical Missouri lake home with sloping walkways and stairs to and from the driveway and the dock, so make sure your group can maneuver stairs ok. There's only about 4 or 5 stairs from the driveway to the house, though, so getting groceries in wasn't bad.Parking is easy. The boat ramp is easy to access, and I would absolutely recommend staying here! Great for fishing and swimming :)

My family loved this home! We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 9, 8 and 6 in our party. The kids were so happy with the setting and thoroughly enjoyed the dock and lower level. Lots of swimming and fishing. The adults were also pleased with everything about this place. We didn't want to leave! So peaceful and beautiful!
