The hosts are very nice people who genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The hosts are very responsive to communications to address questions or concerns. The place is in a nice, safe, beautiful area and the place itself is very quiet and well stocked and comfy.

The hosts are very nice people. My favorite part of this stay was how absolutely quiet my stay was despite other guests being in close proximity. The peace and quiet helped me get a lot of work accomplished undisturbed and I slept very well. It’s a lovely area of the south-eastern part of the Salt Lake Valley. I saw two deer come down into the yard one evening

Second time staying here and this visit matched our previous stay. Everything is clean and convenient. Pat is responsive and attentive. Good internet connectivity, huge refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and onion. Heating and cooling worked perfectly as springtime days are warm and nights are still chilly. Location is convenient to all Sandy destinations including the Brighton snowboarding resort (19 minutes drive). Quiet and very cozy. Intend to return next year for Archery National Championships in April 2027.

Perfect place

We had a wonderful stay. Just needed a place to sleep, so this was just what we needed. Will stay again on our next trip.

Clean quiet stay

Great clean and quiet stay. Everything in the space was neat and tidy. Definitely would recommend and will plan to return.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely weekend. The house was nice and quiet. Things were very convenient clean and useful. We were close to the things we wanted to do and it was a great weekend.

Great Spot

It was just myself staying here and this was perfect for what I needed. The property was clean tidy and Pat was a great host. Will definitely be booking this spot again in the future.

Perfect location for skiing and downtown access to Salt Lake City.

Very spacious studio with everything we needed for comfort, cooking, relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking.
