Learned from my first VRBO experience to ask more questions of host: got a coffee maker? Got coffee cups or a microwave safe way to boil water? House was clean and well kept. Shower was great: powerful and hot! TV was confusing and no instructions or guidelines left on how to operate it. Fireplace did not work. Would have been nice.

Good location

PROs: good communication while staying at the property, location is very central, clean inside and quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable. Has the basics. CONs: no kitchen sink, no toiletries in shower, one ply toilet paper, and shower temperature is very close between warm and hot, not much play in between. All these cons are very minor and would not prevent me from staying there again.

Great Stay!

Scott’s basement unit was very clean and had a nice layout. I was only really there to sleep and shower, but it would have been a comfortable place to hang out.

Love it

Love the basement, but the trees needs a little trimming. Our car door kept on jamming on the branches. Other then the trees need trimming, it was a good place to stay.

love this place

Great communication with host. Went above and beyond even when I was worried about stuff. Very quiet, cool, and clean. I don't get the opportunity to stay in such lovely accomodations because of money. I usually have to share space and bathrooms, which is fine. It was a lovely change to get the opportunity to stay in such an amazing place. Would love to come again.

Comfortable, clean place. Great air conditioning for a good night sleep. Use of the washer and dryer was helpful.

Nice Basement Apartment

Our stay here was very comfortable and the host responded quickly to questions we had. The home is near stores and restaurants and walking distance to the TRAX station for an easy trip down town. We will stay here again.

Nice simple basement apartment

I would stay here again but only 1 or 2 nights because of no kitchen area. The apartment was super clean and simply furnished. The shower was amazing! The down fall was no lighting the night we arrived in late and the walk threw the gate around the back of home down a few stairs to the apartments door was ver dark but once we were in we were please. So maybe for future guest light up a pathway with solar lights or something like that. Over all we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great place with proximity to slopes

Had wonderful stay and Scott was prompt in replying to queries. Unit is great for 1-2 people in particular although it can accommodate more. No kitchen but lots of places to order out.

Pros: Much better space, location and price than hotels. It was like being at home. Cons: Lack of responses = Vrbo errors on all links to the booking, their customer service was humane, and the check-in instructions were sent 24 hours in advance.

Great location, Very Clean, Spacious, and Prompt Host

This will be our 2nd stay at this Vrbo and we love it. It is an amazing price, is always super clean, spacious, and the host is very nice and prompt with messages. Will come again in winter of 24' - 25'.

Nice and clean, easy directions. It was a basement room. Heard every step from upstairs. It wasn't too bad though. Host was quiet after 10pm.

Nice spot in Sandy

Good little basement apartment close to the freeway in Sandy. Place was clean and suited ours needs. The floors above are a little noisy but overall a nice place and would recommend.

It's a spacious, modern and very comfortable basement apartment located int he heart of Salt Lake City valley with super easy access to the freeway which gets you to downtown in 15 min. and the SLC airport in 20 min. You have access to everything you would need within minutes with dozens of restaurants of all types, stores and shopping, live theater, paved trails and recreational activities, water park and aquarium, and of course skiing and mountain trails.
