If you have people in your group that enjoy the beach, but don't want to be in the sun and sand all day, they can relax from the main level covered deck and still enjoy their family at the same time. if you want to rent weekly intervals are Sunday to Sunday only. In season the Parkway is a parking lot on Saturday (standard turnover day) why spend hours in traffic each way when on Sunday there is less traffic. House is extensively cleaned between guests then inspected to make sure the property is ready for the next guest. Newer construction house situated on semi private beach of Delaware Bay.
