It is a superb luxurious property featuring three bedrooms upstairs: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 full size bed with extra trundle twin bed and an extra sofa Queen bed downstairs. Sleeps 10 adults. The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms offer convenience, equipped shower tub upstairs and a downstairs shower. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Experience amenities like two zoned central air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, large leather sectional sofa and Wifi. A large 75 inch flat screen smart TV in the family room where guests can relax and unwind with Xfinity cable or streaming. Gas stove, fireplace and outdoor gas grill. Enjoy the outdoor lanai with overhead fan, TV and outdoor seating. New Hot Springs Hot tub 7 person capacity in backyard. Towels and bedsheets provided. New GE French door refrigerator with filtered water and ice, new gas stove and oven, Kitchen cookware and utensils , and Keurig coffee maker provided. Hot tub was perfect at night. It was a little to windy for a fire but we did try one night.The rooms were beautiful. The walk to the bay was easy so that was nice.We are looking forward to stay again.

Ed and Carol are some of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. They make it easy and definitely make it to where you’ll want to come back. The house is beautiful and it’s all put together to make it feel like a home. Looking forward to booking again!

Our stay here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the home was. It truly felt welcoming and comfortable, making it the perfect place for our celebration.The owners were incredible throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond, so kind, and incredibly accommodating. Their communication made everything so easy, and they were so flexible, which we truly appreciated.Because of this, we were able to spend an unforgettable weekend together, filled with laughter, love, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Thank you for providing such a beautiful space where we could celebrate such a special milestone. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. My sister could not have been happier and that’s truly the best part of the weekend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful home with wonderful hosts!

We had the absolute best long weekend stay! The house was exactly as described and just all-around perfect. We came to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday, and the weather was beautiful for the end of May.Staying at Ed and Carol's gave us the absolute best of both worlds. Their home is just a short walk or quick bike ride to the bay, and only about a 10-minute drive to Cape May beach! My daughter and her friend had an absolute blast riding bikes, snapping pictures at sunset, and winding down in the hot tub at the end of the day.Ed was incredibly helpful with local restaurant recommendations, and communication with him was a breeze from start to finish. There was so much to do, and everyone in the family had an amazing time. It was truly the perfect long weekend. Thank you so much, Ed and Carol, for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved playing games and watching movies in the family room and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Everything we needed was there: every kitchen appliance, k cups, condiments, towels, toiletries, shower essentials, extra blankets, you name it! And we had excellent communication with the owners… they always responded very quickly, even suggesting places to eat. We went to Lucky Bones on their advice and it was the perfect suggestion! If you are looking for a great place to stay, this one is it. We hope to be back very soon!

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything we needed, many bath towels to go around, a great living room space and screened in porch area, a cute fire pit and the hot tub was amazing. The kitchen had many utensils and cookware, lots of plates and forks and knives. There’s also a bay area with a great view of the sunset within walking distance of the house. Overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful and super clean property! Ed and Carol thought of everything guests could possibly want or need. Unexpected included extras like K-cups, a bottle of wine, makeup remover wipes, and body wash were a nice touch. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well-stocked, the appliances were brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful also. The neighborhood was a close drive to Cape May with great restaurants like The Lobster House and Lucky Bones. This house was one of my favorite VRBO’s that I’ve ever rented. It was perfect.

Splendid Seaside Summer

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our sea side escape at this beautiful beach home. . The owners, Ed & Carol are very warm and welcoming with excellent communication. Carol kindly recommended delicious restaurants in the area which was so helpful to my family. This splendid seaside home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with lovely amenities. We so enjoyed the luxurious jacuzzi after time spent in Cape May. We appreciated the comfy pull out couch to assist my elderly mom with her bed space as climbing stairs is cumbersome. Jim and I are so glad we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in this beautiful beach home which is the highlight of our summer.
Jim & I were warmly welcomed with beautiful roses 🌹 anniversary card and chocolates in celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you so much Ed & Carol for this romantic gesture.

Great place to stay especially with little kids! They have anything you could possibly need. The kiddie pool and table were a big hit. And we loved being able to grill and eat outside. Highly recommend booking a stay here!
