We have the perfect vacation home for You ! Fully equipped 3 Bedroom home with private, (screened- in) Heated pool overlooking a pond and conservation area. Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney entrance yet in a quiet gated community with children's playing area. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A total of 5 beds including a King Size bed in the master bedroom. Additional 2 folding cots and full size folding crib are included. 2 bathrooms including a private master bath. Close to local shopping , dining and attractions. Owner/Host is very attentive to guest needs. Heated pool request (extra charge) should be made during the initial time of the booking If possible. Loved our stay at the house other than a couple of light bulbs out we enjoyed the house it was very clean and, the owner is very responsive and cooperative great house.

Jeff was absolutely wonderful. He communicated with us the whole time we were there and if we needed anything he was on it. The place itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. I will definitely be staying again!

Great place

Great home with a pool. Was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very simple. My kids age 5 and 7 had a blast. Jeff was very helpful and kind to us. Highly recommend!

Disney Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The house was just as described and the communication with the owner was great. The house was located close to food, shopping, and only 20 min to Disney. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great Value! Convenient Location!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed this home for a week. We travel a fair bit and have stayed in a lot of rentals, but found this one to be excellent value and well equipped. We appreciated the extras other places we have stayed haven’t had, such as enough hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper for the week. The community was quiet and safe which was important to us. We spent a few days at the Disney parks and found the drive easy compared to other locations we have stayed at.We will return!

Fabulous stay at this vacation home

The location was as advertised a mere 10 minutes drive to the nearest Disney park. The vacation home is neat with everything you need for a vacation and the contact with the owner was perfect. Would book it again if we visit Orlando in the future!

Relaxing

I’m so glad we decided not to stay at one of the Disney Resorts. This home was exactly what we needed after long days at Disney. We were simply able to relax and enjoy each other’s company, in the quiet of this beautiful home. *Just minutes to Disney, traffic was light, and parking was a breeze. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Great rental!

We were so pleased with this rental! The place came so fully equipped, there were even pool toys along with a high chair, stroller, crib, cots, needless to say it’s perfect for a family. The owner was extremely courteous & professional. The home was clean & it was my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in. The pool & backyard was gorgeous featuring beautiful views, I would highly recommend!

Great Experience

Overall we had a great time! We stayed at this location because we were vacationing to Disney and the commute was not far at all. My only issue is with the water pressure in the master bedroom. It wasn't too great but everything else was excellent.

Lovely villa with beautiful (and recently refurbished) heated pool overlooking a lake within a safe gated community extremely close to the Disney Parks. Jeff the host was a pleasure to deal with. Quick communication and even popped round whilst we were there. He is a sound and reliable guy to deal with. Highly recommended property

Nice home with private back view

We had a very nice stay at this house. It was clean and neat. The owner quickly responded to one issue we brought up right away and he corrected it immediately. The view out back from the pool is very serene and private. We wish we would have paid for pool heat during our Oct. stay. We would consider coming back.

Great Property!

This property was fantastic. The kitchen came fully equipped, including common spices. Like board games and books to read? This house has them. The pool was beautiful, however, it was far to cold to swim. The soaking tub was just the thing after walking around the park all day. I will definitely try to book this house on my next trip to Disney World.

About Perfect

This is a simply a very comfortable home in an unique setting with an owner who cares about his property and his guests. It's convenient to everything yet tucked away on a lake. The house is well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The tv and internet work. The pool is clean. The view is great. I really don't know how it gets any better.

Wonderful!!!

We so enjoyed our time in this vacation rental! It is exactly as described, clean and cozy! This is the best supplied home we have rented on VRBO, I believe. I came prepared with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but plenty of all were supplied - that is very rare! The owner's communication was perfect - he contacted us ahead of time and mid trip and was quick to respond to a question. The location is very convenient. I loved how close it was to the action, but removed from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed feeling like a local using the backroads and shortcuts to shopping and dining, not to mention Animal Kingdom! I would 1000% stay here again if we return to the area and the home is available! Thank you!

Perfect location

If your looking for a typical Floridian villa close to Disney in a gated community then Jeff’s place is the one. Villa has everything you need , great beds , big fridge/freezer ,nice pool with a fantastic view overlooking the lake , The villa really is just 10mins from the Disney gate on world drive (using a back road). Close to all the restaurants on the 192 (west) Walmart is 5 minutes away for all your park snacks etc and less than 10 minutes to the I 4 for all the other parks like Universal etc. Jeff checked on us a few times via email ( my preferred form of communication) especially around the time of the hurricane and was a first class host.

Great Florida getaway!

We rented this property for 5 days with our two boys ages 7 and 9. It was absolutely perfect for us. The house was extremely clean, close to Disney and all the other parks, and the pool at the house was definitely an added bonus. We couldn't get our kids out of it! Safe, gated community and Jeff was a great host. He even checked on us halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going ok. My only suggestion is that some of the appliances need to be updated. But overall we were very happy here and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping us make it a great vacation for our family Jeff!

Disney Spring break

We were in town for spring break. The house was every thing advertised. We requested pool be heated and it was ready for swimming when we arrived. Check in instructuons were easy to follow. Kitchen was well stocked and had some "staple" items already there. We added to those supplies for the next travelers! My only complaint - and I use that term VERY loosely- is there are no TV's in guest bedrooms. I, personally, like to watch TV for a bit when I retire for the night. The owner was very responsive to all my questions ahead of time. I had no problems when we got there so I didn't have to contact while there but I feel certain it would not have been any different! Great place. Would definitely stay here again!!
