We have the perfect vacation home for You ! Fully equipped 3 Bedroom home with private, (screened- in) Heated pool overlooking a pond and conservation area. Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney entrance yet in a quiet gated community with children's playing area. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A total of 5 beds including a King Size bed in the master bedroom. Additional 2 folding cots and full size folding crib are included. 2 bathrooms including a private master bath. Close to local shopping , dining and attractions. Owner/Host is very attentive to guest needs. Heated pool request (extra charge) should be made during the initial time of the booking If possible. A beautiful view from the outside: the house is also close to many conveniences. It is a clean, well-maintained property.

Disney Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The house was just as described and the communication with the owner was great. The house was located close to food, shopping, and only 20 min to Disney. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

GREAT RENTAL

We were very very pleased with this property!!! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was only about a 10-15 minute drive into the Disney Parks. As with any rental, there was a fee to heat the pool, but it kept very warm our entire trip. We LOVED that there is a pond behind the house and not other neighbors. We saw many birds and TURTLES!!! The owner was very responsive, although we had zero issues. Easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thabk you :) Ww

Relaxing

I’m so glad we decided not to stay at one of the Disney Resorts. This home was exactly what we needed after long days at Disney. We were simply able to relax and enjoy each other’s company, in the quiet of this beautiful home. *Just minutes to Disney, traffic was light, and parking was a breeze. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Wonderful!!!

We so enjoyed our time in this vacation rental! It is exactly as described, clean and cozy! This is the best supplied home we have rented on VRBO, I believe. I came prepared with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but plenty of all were supplied - that is very rare! The owner's communication was perfect - he contacted us ahead of time and mid trip and was quick to respond to a question. The location is very convenient. I loved how close it was to the action, but removed from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed feeling like a local using the backroads and shortcuts to shopping and dining, not to mention Animal Kingdom! I would 1000% stay here again if we return to the area and the home is available! Thank you!

Perfect location

If your looking for a typical Floridian villa close to Disney in a gated community then Jeff’s place is the one. Villa has everything you need , great beds , big fridge/freezer ,nice pool with a fantastic view overlooking the lake , The villa really is just 10mins from the Disney gate on world drive (using a back road). Close to all the restaurants on the 192 (west) Walmart is 5 minutes away for all your park snacks etc and less than 10 minutes to the I 4 for all the other parks like Universal etc. Jeff checked on us a few times via email ( my preferred form of communication) especially around the time of the hurricane and was a first class host.

The house was clean and nice. The owner contacted us before our arrival because of a little problem and he made sure that it was solved when possible, we’ve appreciated that.

Great Experience

Overall we had a great time! We stayed at this location because we were vacationing to Disney and the commute was not far at all. My only issue is with the water pressure in the master bedroom. It wasn't too great but everything else was excellent.

Fabulous stay at this vacation home

The location was as advertised a mere 10 minutes drive to the nearest Disney park. The vacation home is neat with everything you need for a vacation and the contact with the owner was perfect. Would book it again if we visit Orlando in the future!

Lovely villa with beautiful (and recently refurbished) heated pool overlooking a lake within a safe gated community extremely close to the Disney Parks. Jeff the host was a pleasure to deal with. Quick communication and even popped round whilst we were there. He is a sound and reliable guy to deal with. Highly recommended property

Family holiday 2022

We had a fantastic time at Sunset Lakes in July 2022. The property was everything we expected and the ideal size for our family of 4. The host was really attentive - one night we had a storm that knocked out all the power and he messaged straight away to make sure everything was okay. Our only complaint was that 3 weeks wasn’t long enough!

We will be back

Jeff is an amazing host, responding quickly and always making sure we were ok during our stay. Sunset Lakes vila is located in lovely gated community in a great part of Kissimmee, near to Disney, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Gatorland…simply great location. The vila is very nice, everything was working as it should and we had no problems at all. We would highly recommend this host and his vila and we hope to be able to go back.

Great vacation

We spent 4 weeks at this beautiful home. It’s our 7th year visiting the Kissimmee area. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet. Easy access. Jeff the property manager is one of the best we have had thus far. He contacted us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction upon arrival. He also checked in by phone occasionally to see that all was well. Wow. That was very much appreciated. It really made us feel welcome. It was very relaxing getting into the heated pool after our daily travels. The home has all the info you need as far as trash, recycling, pool cleaning schedule, tv operation etc. It made life simple for us. Thank you for everything Jeff.
