Be our Guest at our 'Home away from Home'. Loaded with upgrades our 4 bedroom, two bath, home with private screened in pool offers granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, travertine tile in the baths, and new furniture in the family room. Cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. The master suite has a king- size bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each, For additional family fun, enjoy our game room, equipped with a full size pool table, Foosball table, and air hockey. We also have wireless Internet service. Enjoy the south facing screened in pool and lanai area, offering a peaceful and private view of the conservation area in our back yard. Full service kitchen and gas grill for outdoor grilling, plus a washer and dryer.

Very nice property. Fully stocked with anything you can imagine you might need. Clean, spacious and close to most things. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was absolutely wonderful and warm! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. This place made our Christmas in Florida with family a joy. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall good and easy experience the seamless check in and checkout was the highlight of it. Easy gate code to the community and easy code to get into the home. Also the kitchen was FULLY LOADED with pots, pans, Tupperware, and silverware making it easy to cook breakfast and dinner. The Smart TVs were also very convenient. However there was a few problems. The pool walls and floor were extremely dirty with dirt and bugs. Water quality was good but it seemed as it wasn’t vacuumed before we got there. The AC also did not feel like what the thermometer said. It felt more humid and warm in the house. The AC vents were pointing directly at the ceiling so without the fans it was hard to feel the cool air. Also the return line vent was very dusty which probably did not help the airflow. Overall 7/10 I would stay again.

We purchased this home when our children were young. It was a perfect get away home. My sister owns the home next door, which makes it perfect for large family gatherings. As our children have grown, we continue to enjoy 'getting away' to Florida, and now enjoy spending time with the whole family, including the grandkids.

The location is the best - so close to everything, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, water parks, and best of all, we're in a quiet neighborhood with a conservation area behind us, rather than another home. It's very peaceful.
