We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience to restaurants and downtown area. The beds are very comfortable and the fireplace was nice on cold days. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The garage was very convenient given the March snowstorm. We had over 8" of snow during our stay and luckily are comfortable shoveling because there wasn't a plow that came by to do the driveway or nearby street. Overall would stay again!

Perfect place to stay in downtown anchorage!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location cannot be beat. Once we arrived, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to in downtown anchorage. The beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

Great place to stay

The house is comfortable, clean and spacious. It is situated in a convenient area of downtown Anchorage with sufficient services, restaurants and cafes within a reasonably short flat walk radius which is an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others.

Convenient to downtown

Great location, especially with Fire Island Bakery right across the street! Convenient to downtown but quiet and out of the way. We will be back!

Perfect location within walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot (Snow City Cafe). While in a neighborhood, it was also easy to get to the road to the airport. House is as advertised and more. Very comfortable and cleanly.

The location, the soft comforters and pillows, generous kitchen, and intentional aesthetics made our winter stay in side town Anchorage so comfortable.

Winter stay in Anchorage

The home is located in a very convenient location for walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants. It’s also very close to the Coastal Trail. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our host was great and the home was lovely.

Great Anchorage property

Excellent location to downtown. Walking distance to all the great activities and restaurants. The unit was very nice. Clean and well stocked.

Great location

Great location with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a few days in Anchorage before heading out camping. Walking distance to the Costal Trail, bike rentals, restaurants, the Anchorage Museum, and shops. The property was clean but could probably use with a little updating soon!

Great location to anchorage.

Was a fantastic house to have a gourmet meal with friends. Easy walk to downtown anchorage. Plenty of room for a group of 8. We would highly recommend staying! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Comfortable home in excellent location

Our group of six had a great visit in Anchorage at Coastal Place. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best stocked with equipment and basics of any home we’ve rented. The location is perfect, walking distance to bike rentals, all of downtown, the coastal trail, a food market, etc.

Family Cruise stayover

Flew in to Anchorage for a few days before taking the train to Seward for our cruise. This house was in a perfect location and we walked to everywhere we needed other than an Uber to the train. Highly recommend this house.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!! Cleanliness not an issue anywhere in the home. Lounge furniture and beds promote relaxation and comfort. Ideal central location to all Anchorage has to offer and day trips North and South. Having a useable garage is a necessity when the weather becomes unfriendly. Brilliant home for some rest and relaxation and enjoying all that Alaska has to offer. You will not find a better home for your Alaska holiday!!!!
