Perfect for our group of 6 to overnight, awaiting a flight to King Salmon the following morning. Comfortable beds and nice , large living room to relax and talk. Sink and tub drains need attention

Great place for our 1st night landing in Anchorage, from there you can explore in any direction. Highly recommended in lieu of a hotel!!

Very clean house! It was well stocked. Great kitchen. We stayed (8 adults) one night before Alaskan cruise.

Large space great for bigger groups or families. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house did get a little warm on the top level as there’s no central air except for a portable AC unit, we could’ve used a few more fans in but other than that it was a great stay!

The property is in a very nice neighborhood and easy to find. It is close to downtown Anchorage so easy to get to museum, etc. Nice grocery stores nearby. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. We did not use hot tub because we ran out of time. We only stayed two nights before heading on to our cruise.

I wish we could have stayed longer, but we only needed it for one night (which I loved that they didn't have a minimum night stay requirement). We had 6 adults in our party and hotel rooms for all of us would have exceeded the amount that we paid for this home. It was spacious and tucked into a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the property was perfect, it was easy to get to, close to the airport, in a good neighborhood and a good central location to get around Anchorage and nearby cities. The house was spacious and had a very comfortable feeling.

Communication was easily accessible. Place is beautiful and accommodated the 8 of us nicely . Surroundings are quiet and beautiful . Going places is easy with uber and not expensive. Walking can happen on the trails and sidewalks in and out of downtown.

We just stayed here one night on a turnaround between flights but it was a very nice location and the kids loved being able to wind down in the hot tub after a long day of flying.

We had family stay there for 2 days before we left for our cruise to Alaska. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room. Easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants. We went to the Anchorage Zoo. Highly recommend it. I would stay there again. One small negative. The ceiling fans are very dusty! Otherwise great!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Plenty of closet space. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows and extra sheets for the rollaway beds. Very large kitchen which neat and clean. There was also a few hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the showers. Having a washer and dryer also in site was convenient. The communication with the host prior to being in Alaska was not great through the Verbo app but once I found out I could text when we got to Alaska they were quick to respond to my questions. They had a hot tub but we did not use it. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed staying at the house, the space was just right for each of us to have separate space, but also plenty of room for all of us to gather. We didn’t use the hot tub, so we can’t comment on it. We made extensive use of the kitchen, but we missed having a few cooking gadgets (large spoon, ladle, kitchen towels, tongs, etc.) We also appreciated that the house was adequately warm and comfortable.
