The host was very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know about check-in ahead of time. The rental unit was clean and lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay the night.

Really nice stay!

The location of the property was so-so, but the cleanliness was top notch. And they made check-in (and especially check-out) incredibly easy. Would stay there again.

We loved this place so much we started and ended our trip here! Easy to find, this spot was quiet except for the joyful sounds of kids playing in a neighbor’s yard. The beds and bedding were so comfy they had be looking for tags to see what brand it was! Perfect size for a small family or a friends’ trip, and located next to beautiful mountains. I’d live here if I could but I cannot so I will just try to stay here any time I’m back in Anchorage :) Oh and get pancakes at Kava’s!

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay at this home! It was perfect for our needs, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable! The communication with our host was stellar. We will stay again, and highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay in Anchorage

We stayed here for 5 nights. The condo is lovely. Very nice attention to details. Loved the waters left for us for our arrival. Nice selection of coffee and teas. Nice to have some basic spices to use. Very quiet. Wonderful amenities. Nice personal detail. Good neighborhood. Hosts right next door. We will rent again. Thank you so much for a nice place to stay.

Just Right

We had a short visit but this had everything we needed and more. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were very accommodating. It was just right for our group. The rental is very homely and cozy. In our down time, my niece enjoyed the toys and roku tv apps that were available. We made some great memories with family here.

Great home base to see Anchorage area

Stayed 3 nights while in the area. Great spot to unwind after long days of driving to see the sights. Comfortable bed and clean, updated accommodations. Very easy to get to. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a home location instead of a hotel.

One night in Anchorage

This is a great place to stay! Very comfortable & has everything you need. The backyard is lovely. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it!! Highly recommend!! The host is very accommodating!

Great location, perfect size

Great location close to the airport and central Anchorage. Easy access to Seward hwy if you’re wanting to travel to other towns such as Seward, Homer, Portage glacier, etc. Close to flattop mountain if hiking is your thing. House is perfect size for family of 4 with a kitchen to cook and enough room to spread out and the house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the host Melissa is amazing. Would definitely book again.

The perfect home base for Alaska adventures

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly set up; this place had everything we needed. Normally all my teenagers want to do is explore, hike and stay out all day. This was the first time I’ve ever had them asking when we were going back to the VRBO. It’s just so comfortable and relaxing. The backyard is beautiful and inviting and there are mountain views! The mountains are literally at the end of the street. Very Alaska. We wish we could have stayed longer. Check in and check out are 10/10 and the nicest and most helpful host you can get.

Nice stay

It was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood in Anchorage. The place was very clean and well equipped. Our host was especially helpful and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She picked up a few groceries for us prior to arrival which was super helpful.

Perfect Choice for our Anchorage Visit!

This property is exceptionally clean and well cared for! It was one of the most comfortable VRBO rentals we have booked. We were in Anchorage to visit our daughters family stationed at JBER and this property was very conveniently located to the base. The owners live right next door and quickly responded to our text messages. We will definitely seek to stay there again! Thank you!

Listing was accurate, location just what we wanted. Easy to get downtown and head up north. Used the trail thru the backyard fence to stretch our legs.

Our friendly yellow Lab, Yumi, is part of the family too. She loves meeting guests (she thinks everyone is her best friend!) but also respects your space so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
