We had a wonderful experience! Our mother thoroughly enjoyed her 90th celebration in the house. Josh was quick to answer when looking for something & even stopped by and chatted for a while.

Josh was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with! Beautiful property and just a few steps from the beach. For those with little kids, just be aware there are no window coverings in most rooms so bring something to darken the room if your littles need dark to sleep.

Our stay was pleasant despite an injury self sustained falling. Our family enjoyed the location and The Blue Heron. Thanksgiving on the beach was perfect. Shout out to first responders on Alligator Point who responded quickly with warmth and compassion. Will visit again!

Our family had the most perfect week at The Blue Heron. The listing is even better than the pictures show - so spacious, clean, and can see the ocean from every room. Alligator Point is a hidden gem & we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations/host!

Great Family Stay!

Big thing about this place was SPACE. We loved our stay at Josh's place, there was 20 of us of all ages and there was so many different spaces inside and out. We loved our stay and will defiantly be back!

Incredible stay

We had a great time staying at this beachfront property. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking family meals, the beach was beautiful, ample space for 4 families (the kids loved the bunk bed room), and Josh was a great host. Thank you!

Overall, the house served its purpose for our family vacation. If you are looking to get away from everything this is the place to go, it is miles from anything groceries, restaurants and people.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out with multiple sitting areas and tables for games. Loved the pool and all of the porches. We had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful home on the beach with a pool. We so enjoyed our time and utilized the whole house. It was spacious and so comfortable. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips!

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful Home

Despite a little disruption by Hurricane Debby, we had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, clean, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed fishing, collecting sea shells, and spending time on the beach! Josh was a great host!
