Plenty of windows to provide an excellent direct view to overlook the Atlantic Ocean. This unit sits oceanfront and on a corner, which allows you to view the outdoor pool and courtyard from your living room as well. Dine oceanfront every night right from your updated personal kitchen with granite counter tops. Hear the waves crashing from your Oceanfront Master bedroom.

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout living, bed and bathrooms.

Cleaning and linens included with stay!

Master Bedroom with ocean front window view and King Bed and access to the ocean front porch, private full bathroom & TV.

The condo was in a great location and loved the beach front views. The complex was a bit older but the inside of the unit was well staged and updated. Loved the easy access to the beach!

The views unbeatable states sleeps 10 but seating at table only 6 with 2 at counter disappointed for family meals. Upon check in actual condo not the cleanest. Sand noted on all the beds. Actual interior needs some repairs. Free standing ice machine broken.

Great location and absolutely stunning view! The hosts were fantastic too! The only issues we had were the showers not being clean. Also, we didn’t have near enough towels and washcloths for 7 people even with washing some. We did reach out to maintenance and they were really good at taking care of the problems and getting us what we needed.

Beautiful view, but the cleanliness was sub par. Large dust build up on kitchen lights and there was crumbs on the counter when we arrived. The condo is dated and I felt like it was not well maintained for the price paid. Paint was bubbling or flaking in areas. Messaged host multiple times before check in without a response. Very easy check in but had to find instructions in app.

This condo is set up very nice! I loved the convenience of the kitchen and bathrooms to the rest of the living areas. The dining area was nice with a very large table that seats 6 easily. Also there was a nice view of the ocean from there. The views from the deck were awesome and there was usually a nice breeze blowing. We viewed wonderful sunrises, dolphins and a thunderstorm over the ocean. The beds were a little hard and there was a short supply of towels, but I always travel with extra so we were ok. The cleanliness could have been better as there were some areas that hadn’t been cleaned for awhile, including the lid on the trash can that was filthy, something stuck on one of the freezer shelves, excess lint in the dryer lint trap and rotten food that was left in the bottom of the dishwasher. By the way, there should be directions on how to use the dishwasher as it is real quirky. The kitchen could use some better skillets but otherwise was stocked nicely. The railing around the balcony needs some work, it is a little loose on one side and there is a crack where it is bolted to the wall. The whole unit needs some TLC as paint is chipping and a major fall cleaning is needed. Overall we did enjoy the unit and it does have a lot to recommend it.

It was the perfect getaway with perfect views. We enjoyed all of the amenities at Summerwinds and how updated this unit is compared to some of the others. We plan to come back and stay here again soon!

Quite disappointed in this unit. Was very dated and very worn. Cookware was almost non-existent. Air vents filthy. Mold in bathtubs and damaged trim and walls in bathroom. Broken window blinds with missing trim above the blinds. Looked very shabby for the price.Very disappointed that the rec center was closed. That limited our options. Pools were very nice but need more umbrellas!!Staff were very friendly.

What a great time we had at Summer Winds! The views from the condo are incredible with beautiful sunrises and a gorgeous beach view. It was nice to have four bedrooms with a different set up in each. We had everything we needed for a lovely week at the beach. The location is also really convenient for getting to the beach and is on the edge of the property which made it feel a little calmer and quieter (a plus for us). We didn't swim in the outdoor pools, but the indoor pool and hot tub were fun!

The condo was lovely but smaller than it looked. It sleeps 10 according to the ad but in reality there isn’t either a place to sit or to eat except a table for 6 and 2 bar stools. The dishwasher works only periodically. The start button works only periodically. Very frustrating! The pool was lovely and the balcony. Would be nice to have more chairs on the balcony.

Great location, spacious, wonderful views from the deck, and felt very safe! We really enjoyed our stay and was able to enjoy one of the many pools while there. The showers of all three bathrooms need upgraded, but that is the only minor thing I could point out for this great place!

Great location and great place to stay!

From the start, communication was great! Check-in, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, etc was all great! The location to the elevator, to the beach, to the pools were perfect. We loved our stay and plan to stay here again! There’s a little grill/diner at the pool and the food there was good too. Nice to have this option while swimming.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. View was great and we enjoyed the indoor pool as the outdoors were closed. However, hot tub was closed which was a bummer.

Located in the middle of the island in the quaint town of Indian Beach, within 1 mile of Emerald Isle, our unit at Summerwinds provides easy access to both Emerald Isle to the west and Atlantic Beach to the East.

The view from this property is breathtaking as you can see up and down the island is both directions and the amenities provide so much for both adults and kids.

Being in the middle of the island, the water appears more blue/green due to the fact that the inlets in which the rivers flow into the ocean are further away at both ends of the island.
