Very private 3 story, 5 bed, 3.5 bath home w/Ocean views and easy walk to the beach. The top floor has a king and a queen bedroom with views of the ocean, a twin room with views of the sound, & 2 full baths. The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean views to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a comfortable kitchen/living/porch area for everyone to relax & enjoy the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. Dogs welcome of any size but please limit to 2 and plan for a nonrefundable pet deposit. Wireless Internet and Smart TVs throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon available for use.

Carrie was an amazing host and helped us when the sheets and towels were not there when we arrived. within the hour we messaged her she had the issue resolved and had let us borrow the personal towels until the linen service could drop off the towels and sheets. Everything was perfect otherwise. An amazing stay!

We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. The house is off the main road, which means it’s very quiet, but it is also close enough to walk to the grocery store or restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve been visiting Atlantic Beach our entire lives and have stayed in many cottages. Although this cottage isn’t oceanfront, the walk over and access were manageable. The cottage had almost everything we needed except a tea pot and drying rack/pad - nothing crucial. The grill was perfect and the porches were pleasant - we even sat out during the rain. We used both living areas daily. There were plenty of bathrooms and tvs! Great internet coverage. One suggestion would be a larger refrigerator or second refrigerator- even a small/bar one for beverages on the first floor. We would return!!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and clean with ocean views. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach yet close proximity to the grocery store and a few restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable home, great location

Nice layout, great common areas and porches with ocean view, short walk down private path directly to beach. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Our family quite enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the location was fantastic. There were two easy private neighborhood accesses to the beach, plenty of beach toys/equipment to borrow. Even with a hurricane affecting the ocean itself, there were so many great things to do in the area that everyone (young and old) was able to stay active and having fun.

Our family loved our 2-week vacation in Atlantic Beach. The house is located in a secluded neighborhood with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the marina where we docked our boat. Carrie and Charlie were fantastic hosts and readily available to help with any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

1. House was totally surrounded by trees and brush. No yard at all for kids to play in or setup outside games.2. Ground floor patio area outside was trashed and unusable3. Outside shower was nasty.4. Vines growing up and on the second floor deck.5. Parking was only available for two vehicles max. Others had to park on the street as best as possible.6. Water pressure on third floor was not good. Showers had pour water flow.7. Floors although appearing clean left guest with black soles of their feet.8. No icemaker on the fridge was a definite reason for a poor rating.9. Deck furniture on 2nd floor rusty. Chair leg gave way when I was eating dinner out side. I weigh 175lbs. So they were not used anymore after almost hitting the floor.10. Legs on indoor furniture need to be tightened up if possible. Several loose legs.

Following your stay, we inspected the outdoor areas, including the patio, outdoor shower, deck furniture, and interior furnishings, and have addressed items that required attention. We also reviewed the flooring, water pressure, and general property condition with our maintenance team. Regarding parking, the property accommodates more than two vehicles. In addition to the driveway spaces, there is a designated gravel parking area on the property that can accommodate several additional vehicles. We apologize if the parking arrangement was unclear during your stay. While we regret that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving the guest experience. We are proud that many families return year after year and enjoy the cottage’s unique natural setting and convenient beach location. Family Time

The house and space was perfect for our family! The outdoor space was amazing! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. So convenient to the store and beach! I appreciated the communication with the owner. It was a great family time!

Perfect family getaway!

This is an amazing house. It was exactly as listed and very clean with well maintained and/or new furniture and appliances. Some additional things we loved: - The living area is on the second floor, so one family had the bottom and one family the top floor bedrooms, which was fantastic with small kids/sleep schedules - The house is surrounded by lush vegetation, so it is both private and the decks were cooler - The pathway walk to the beach was through a wooded area, so also cooler and more fun for kids - The beach was very nice and quiet

Surprise birthday party

My family and I couldn’t be more happy with the cleanliness and accommodations at the house. The main level was perfect for us to gather for breakfast or watch TV. I would definitely recommend Carrie’s house to stay. My only negative would be that the shrubbery around the house be cut down a little as it’s hard to see from the road.

Spacious and beautiful house close to the beach

We all loved the house and its close proximity to the beach! The house was just about perfect for our party of 10 with enough space for everyone, kids and adults. It was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The ocean view from the top floor porch was even better than expected. There’s a wonderful boardwalk through the trees that leads to the beach access. There were enough beach chairs and other beach things provided, including a wagon, to make for a great time. Very convenient to not have to travel with these things ourselves. The host (Carrie) was very responsive and helpful! Overall an unbeatable location and a beautiful, accommodating house!

Great beach getaway

This home exceeded our expectations for our first family beach vacay in 6 years. We’ve been N Myrtle Beach goers for many many years which in recent years, has become extremely busy/crowded/commercialized. This home is a great location - for beaching as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Very quiet and very clean. Beach access was a short and fun adventure for our little ones and having chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it back and forth was priceless! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Kitchen was great for making meals and big table to gather around for meals as well as card games was a bonus. We all loved the access to porches even kept us semi dry dealing with Hurricane Betty. Carrie and Charles were amazing and quick to address any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.
